I ended up choosing this store because the first initial experience was good -they seemed knowledgable and helpful...until I put a deposit down on my dress. Then they treated me like I was worthless. Whatever they promise you about dates, Do NOT believe them - I bought my dress in February, 2009, and they told me that it would be in by May - I did not get it until the WEEK before my wedding which was in August. (advice if you do happen to go here - give them a wedding date of AT LEAST 2 months before your real date) I was naturally worried a few weeks before the wedding and kept calling them, and they were nothing but rude to me, saying things like ""you aren't the ONLY bride getting married"" - no apologies whatsoever! Also, my veil didn't come in until 2 days before my wedding - it was ordered in February as well! I ended up calling the distributor, Laura Jayne in Canada, and was told by them that Bridal Trousseau gave them a later wedding date which is why it wasn't shipped until last minute. Not only that, but they add in extra surprise charges when you do your fitting there - If you get anything other than a hem done, expect to pay about $200 extra. ALSO, my bustle broke before I made it to the reception, and I had to keep fixing my top because of the poor sewing job, the fabric on the inside kept folding over.
