my Best friend, and I were shopping around for bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. We went to Posie Patch Bridal Superstore. My best friends 2 year old son (HE IS 2) started acting up a bit but she was right behind him at all times and the owner who is a male, went after him as well, screaming at Miranda telling her to control her son cause he stepped on a expensive dress. (which he didn't because we clearly had our eyes on him.) He then picked up her son and literally threw him at her then proceeded to push my best friend and told her to leave the store! The cops were called and yes she is pressing charges cause this man almost harmed her child and he admitted to the police that he pushed her and grabbed her son in a harmful way after she told him not to put his hands on her child! If you are getting married or shopping for dresses of any kind, Prom, Wedding, Bridal party, or even Tuxs, I wouldn't advise you to go here! The worst, most disrespectful people I have ever met in my life!!! I am appalled by what the owner did and it's sad how we had to get the Law involved because of one careless person who cares more about bridal gowns then the treatment of loyal customers, and children! (Her son is fine, no marks but of course the personality of him, He told the man that he was a bad bad boy!) If you do not want children in your store then you need to post a sign stating no children or please have children in a stroller! more

The reviewer before me says she was happy that some people are lucky enough to have a good experience (due to the high rating). I was doubtful of this - and I looked at some of the users who left 5-star ratings. Looks like all of these 5-star reviewers have left reviews for the same businesses! I wonder how many Indianapolis area brides have given their business to the Munster Animal Hospital or Coast to Coast auto sales? Give me a break! Any business that has to post phony positive reviews on the internet to get customers is not one where I want to shop! more

I am happy for the people that where lucky enough to have had a good experience at this store, however our experience was very hurtful. Plus size brides are already at a disadvantage when shopping for gowns but when the consultant makes it even worse it is tragic. None of the dresses we liked where pulled in the brides size. When trying on the dresses she was told nothing was going to fit. The consultant would not give the bride any privacy while trying on the dress. She rushed her through the entire session with a ""don't care"" attitude. Later we found out she had another appointment after us and it was already the stores closing time. After the appointment she didn't even notice that the bride was crying. This consultant made this bride feel FAT and gave her a very heart breaking experience. I pray that this consultant never has to go through this type of experience herself or have someone she loves to go through it! We left the store with nothing and will never go back. While walking out a lady did see the bride crying and asked if there was anything she could do but by this time it was too late to change the awful experience. Two of the bridal party was told that this consultant does get these kinds of complaints. How can a business that deals with peoples most cherished feelings keep someone that has a record of this type of salesmanship?!! more

We had an appointment for 10am, they didn't have us down. They asked us to return at 4pm and we did. The consultant asked me ""if I could wear white"". What kind of question is that to ask the bride? When changing into dresses, the consultant left the dressing room curtain open even after I asked her to close it. Everyone could see me in my bra and underwear. The first dress she put on me had PINS in it that pricked me in both sides below my arm pits. Secondly, after they found out I wanted to stay under 1,000 and that my wedding was only 4 months away, they gave us the worst associate who was so rude. She said that All the dresses come from China and there is no time to order and I would have to buy something off the rack. She didn't even look at the styles we picked out. She was even stepping the the dresses in the store. That explains why they dresses are dirty. And, why don't they have bras and slips in the dressing room? TERRIBLE SERVICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.\r more

This was such a HUGE disappointment. We were met by the owner and treated so badly! When he asked about our budget we told him we would like to stay around 500.00 dollars. His response was a very rude ""well you will have to shop off the clearance racks"" with a laugh! So sad that an owner would treat customers this way. more
