I am happy for the people that where lucky enough to have had a good experience at this store, however our experience was very hurtful. Plus size brides are already at a disadvantage when shopping for gowns but when the consultant makes it even worse it is tragic. None of the dresses we liked where pulled in the brides size. When trying on the dresses she was told nothing was going to fit. The consultant would not give the bride any privacy while trying on the dress. She rushed her through the entire session with a ""don't care"" attitude. Later we found out she had another appointment after us and it was already the stores closing time. After the appointment she didn't even notice that the bride was crying. This consultant made this bride feel FAT and gave her a very heart breaking experience. I pray that this consultant never has to go through this type of experience herself or have someone she loves to go through it! We left the store with nothing and will never go back. While walking out a lady did see the bride crying and asked if there was anything she could do but by this time it was too late to change the awful experience. Two of the bridal party was told that this consultant does get these kinds of complaints. How can a business that deals with peoples most cherished feelings keep someone that has a record of this type of salesmanship?!!
