The ladies helping me were the biggest sweethearts!! It's been a while since my wedding and I still catch myself gazing at that dress...just gorgeous! And the veil that was handmade for me was the perfect touch. Hopefully I will have a daughter that will walk down the isle in this timeless beauty of a gown. The memories that were made are priceless and I really can't thank you enough! more

I was helping my daughter shop for her wedding dress when we came across the Bridal Center. From the very first moment we step foot into the shop, they were kind, helpful, and fun to shop with. They are very knowledgeable (especially when it came to the alterations that needed to fit the guidelines for the temple). Everything was fantastic and I am so happy my daughter was able to have a positive experience in purchasing her one and only wedding gown. more

The ladies that work at this shop are saints! I must have tried on almost 50 different dresses and they never seemed annoyed with me. They were happy to help me find the perfect dress. I placed the order and am expecting the dress to arrive in about a week or so. I can't wait to pick it up and thank everyone again for being so helpful and PATIENT with me! more

I decided to order my dress online on a website that said they could provide my gown for me in plenty of time for my wedding. Well lets just say the whole thing turned into a disaster. The dress still hadn't arrived one week before my wedding and I had already paid them $500. I called Bridal Center in Lehi to see if by chance they had anything similar. The girl on the phone was so helpful. She told me to come in that day. I arrived and was happy to find such a good selection of wedding gowns at great prices. I found a dress but it needed a few alterations. They were so great. They rushed my alterations in only a few days so I would have a beautiful gown on my day. The crazy thing about all of this is I ordered my dress online in hopes to save money but in the end I found a dress at the Bridal Center comparable to what I bought online plus I had them to help me with the alterations. I wish so bad I just would have gone to this shop first instead of trying to save money. They were huge life savers. Who knows if the internet store will even give me my $500 back. Whatever you do don't order online just go to this shop they will take care of you. Pros: Great service, good selection, and competitive prices Cons: none more

Honestly, there is nothing about this shop that is good. From the moment you drive up to the parking lot you realize you have come to the worst bridal shop in Utah. One of the dressing rooms has a rod hanging across it where wedding dresses and formal gowns hang - it also happens to be right over the toilet. Personally, I would be horrified to think that my wedding dress was hanging above the toilet. Especially if someone with bad aim uses the toilet. The staff was horrifying. Julie is nasty to work with and unashamedly rude. Do not go here. It is the most appalling store and has the most awful staff I have ever dealt with. more

I loved buying my dress at the Bridal Center. They have a great staff of people and they were always so nice when I came in for fittings. I especially thought they had such a nice selection of gowns at a nice price. This was one stop shopping for me. I was able to find everything I need.. Dress, veils, shoes, Jewelery. I Highly recommend the Bridal Center. They made my experience easy!!! Pros: Good prices, nice staff, nice selection!!! Cons: None more

Believe me ladies, when I say don't go there,I mean DON'T GO THERE! I purchased my dress from The Bridal Center and asked the ladies if they were SURE my dress would be perfect. I asked them SO many times and made it CLEAR before I ordered my dress that if it turned out poorly I would be SO upset. They assured me it would be perfect. After having my dress at that shop for 10 MONTHS, going for a fitting at least 6 times in the first3 months, having NOTHING done each time I went (that's not counting the appointments Julie CANCELLED because of some lame excuse) I was getting upset. Julie promised to have my dress DONE on 5 different dates and it was never finished. The final times I arrived, she was late and then would sit and sew my dress in front of me for 40 minutes. The sewing was SO poorly done. I expected after 10 months that my dress would be FLAWLESS. She sewed the top 3/4"" off and blamed it on my chest being unproportionate. She unpinned it and resewed it claiming ""sewing is a mystery"". When it still turned out awful,she told me not to wear a necklace. She sewed my hem too short and 1/2 inch shorter on one side. She was angry about having to fix it. The sleeves didn't match the dress. After many many tears and sleepless nights, I decided to take my dress elsewhere. When we approached her, she STILL MADE US PAY for the WORST service, and the WORST sewing. It's not centered, it's mismatched, and awful even after she tried to fix it. I would feel SO dishonest making someone pay for something I made so hideous, yet she felt perfectly fine charging us and taking NO blame. By the time I left, she had blamed my body for being lopsided, unproportionate, having scoliosis, one sharper collar bone, mis-aligned hip bones, a longer leg, a larger breast, and one wide hip. I am offended and disgusted by Julie at The Bridal Center and by all of her coworkers who stood by and watched this happen. I have solved Julies mystery of sewing...YOU CAN'T SEW! The end. I had a fantastic time shopping at Bridal Center. The Employees where so helpful and nice. I was very happy with the selection of wedding gowns there for me. I found the perfect dress. I highly recommend traveling to this store. I actually traveled from Salt Lake. I felt like the prices where much better than the stores that I visited in the Salt Lake valley. They helped me find the perfect wedding gown. I was pleased at how flexible and great they where to work with. I highly recommend shopping at Bridal Center!!!
