I exhausted all stored in Nashville to find a dress for my daughter's wedding. I decided to try Murfreesboro, and the Bridal & Formal Shoppe was incredible! I stopped in to do some preliminary legwork since my daughter is away in college. Judy was so helpful and genuinely cares about the customer. She is more interested in you finding the perfect dress for you rather than just making a sale. She even said to me ""of course I would love to sell you a dress, and I hope your daughter can find a dress here, but the most important thing is for her to find the dress that she truly loves, no matter where it comes from"". I think that speaks for itself! I am very excited to go back when my daughter is ready to start her dress shopping!! I plan to scour other shops and when we find the right dress, I will do everything I can to order it from Judy! more

best shop ever.i bought two gowns from there so far .i have certain styles two chose fromand i always find what i need.the srevice is 5 stars and the prices are reasonable .im buying another gown next month for the heart ball.dont waste your time in the department stores.trust me its the best shop in town. more

I have had a horrible experience with all my wedding planning due to a horrible bridal store treating me like dirt when I bought my wedding dress. I heard that the Bridal and Formal Shoppe was the best place to go for all my wedding attire needs, so I decided to take my wedding dress there for alterations and to purchase a vail. The owners daughter in law is who was helping me and was extremely nice, not pushy at all like my other bridal store experience at the bridal store from Hell! My needs were the employee's number one concern, not making a sale. I wish I would have visted this store from day one and avoided my other experience. I highly recommend this bridal shop and suggest that all brides stay away from franchised bridal stores where sales people are paid on commision and rude, yea that would be you Davids Bridal! My family and I have been doing business with Mrs. Judy and her mother at the Bridal and Fromal Shop for years now. I myself have purchased numerous dresses from Judy and always recommend friends and other family to go here. The dresses are always ready to go and Judy makes everything highly convenient for you not herself. For example i bought a Flower Girl dress from Judy last Friday and she took it home that night altered it, and had it ready for me the next morning at 9:30!!! I only paid $88.00 for the dress and it was beautiful. This shop also offers Layaway, which you will not find anywhere else. All Judy asks is that you pay on the merchandise regularly until it is paid for. Hands down this shop out does David's Bridal or any other Bridal shop in Murfreesboro or Middle Tennessee. The next best thing is that alterations ARE FREE. Come on Girls this is a big cost when you are getting a dress that you are going to wear 1 time and the dress generally costs about $100.00 by itself. If you purchase the merchandise from Judy she will alter it for you for free, and it will be exactly right or she will make it right. Great service, superior deals, and the best alterations around. I have never been to this shop and been dissappointed. Judy will talk to you and make sure you leave the shop calm, cool, and collected which says a lot when your planning a wedding or special event. And GUYS lets not leave you out she caters to you guys too...This shop also offers Tuxedo rentals. This shop is here for the community no doubt not to make a quick, convenient, buck.... The store may not look like much, but there are dozens of styles crammed onto all those racks. The sale selection is huge! The clerk was very helpful. They do free alterations. more

Go here before you buy your dress! While I did not find my dream dress here, I did get my bridesmaids' dresses from here. These ladies give the best service, you could not ask for more!! They busted there butts and kept me from having a crying fit to get my bridesmaids' dresses here on time. They did all of this after I went to another store, was promised results, and got crap! These ladies saved my wedding day! They will offer you helpful advice, whether you buy a dress from them or not. For small town service with a big city selection, go here! Good Job ladies!!!
