I was overcharged on my bill. Instead of making it right, I was treated so rudely. The management clearly would not give me a refund. When I politely pressed the issue, he grabbed the change jar from the register and very loudly took quarters from the change jar and handed me the quarters as my refund. It was demeaning in every way. Other customers were standing agape. I called back later and asked for the owner, and was told the owner lived outside town and could not be reached. When in fact, the owner was in the building. When I called back later and talked to the owner, she told me she would make things right and never did. Honestly, I have never been treated like that in a place of business, and I did nothing to provoke it.
