This company is a fraud .They will rent your property to section 8 without your knolwedge. They do not do any background checks,all they do is rip you off.They steal rent and security deposits. Also they do not have an office on Cartwright , she works out of her apartment .They owned 6 units of there own on Simonds Rd. In Seagoville Tx They were repossed by Wells Fargo Bank in Dec 2011 Before doing buisness with this company do a credit check The owner of this company Mr Brian Werry passed away in 2011 and his daughter has ruined this company....
