Brentwood Veterinary Hospital 11/3/2009

I had found a lost dog and was hoping that maybe they would recognize the dog. Instead I dealt with a snotty receptionist who said, and I quote, "WE SEE 50 DOGS A DAY." Wow, that must be some customer service!! They must spend only a few minutes on each dog...wonder how much time they spend with cats. The doctors in the office might want to rethink what kind of people they hire at their front desk. Thank goodness the other veterinary hospitals I stopped by were so kind and actually took a second to jog their memory...most even pet the dog. more

HORRIBLE customer service 3/26/2008

When I first moved to town, I brought my animals to this vet office. I received the worst customer service ever. For the price I was paying for service, I expected at least a "hello" and a smile. I decided to give them another chance and went again. NO way. I will not go back there if you paid me. For me, it's all about customer service - and they do not have it. more

Wonderful Pet hospital with excellent service 9/23/2005

I have been to several veterinary hospitals. But this one is really simple and great. They take care of the dogs in a nice way and they do their best to satisfy their customers. I never had any bitter situation with this hospital and I believe they will do everything with their best. The staff and doctors are very good and kind. more

Good vet care at an ok price 9/10/2005

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is located close to Brentwood Autobody. They have a bunch of different vets and fairly late evening hours. The only problem is that if you bring your pet in to be seen for an issue and it's the first time, then they charge you for a well pet visit as well as to treat the animal. Other than that the vets and staff were nice and seemed very caring. more

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital 6/21/2005

Everyone I have encoutered and Brentwood vet is sweet and very warm. My family had the difficult experience of putting down our dog. They were very calming through the whole thing. We were pleasantly surprised to see a sweet postcard in the mail from them shortly after. They are also great with routine visits we have made with other pets. Our old vet was very crowded, and you always found yourself waiting, ..... and waiting for someone to see you. They are quick, thorough, and they make you feel as though you really matter to them and their business. Which is how you should always feel, right? more

Brentwood Veterinary Hospital is a great place to take your pets. They love and care for our animals as much as we do. They are not excpetionally low priced, but compared to others in the area, they are worth it. more
