I honestly do not have enough space for the amount of complaints I have towards this place!I like someone else mentioned in a review am new to this town. I only went here, because it was the only pet clinic I had seen at the time. As I stated before I do not know where to begin. Horrible customer service!Without a doubt rude!Also no matter what question I asked about my pet.. I somehow was quickly steered to "you know that you are going to have to pay for this right?"this was said to me on my first! Appt ever. First the receptionist made me aware, then the assistant made me aware.. Then lastly the Dr! Made me aware. I finally asked why does everyone keep stating this? I am here for the wellbeing of my pet!?I am aware there is a price?they are extremely money focused! Anyhow on this particular visit I was told by the dr, that my pet was Ill and we should probably euthanize it.This was told to me without empathy, w/o remorse and I became teary eyed and try to ask another question. The dr informed me she was very busy, she had other people to see.. And walked out and shut the door.So personally if this place wants to maintain their clientele maybe they should start with hiring Doctors who CARE about animals and their owners!Dr Sims lacks in apathy towards animals and people.PERIOD! more

This animal hospital is a full service center that does everything from sell pet supplies and food to flea control products. This is in addtional to animal care including emergencies. The vet that helped me was young but very caring and my cat really seemed to trust her even after a procedure most humans would be too embarrased to talk about. I wish you didn't have to pay for an well animal exam too when you first visit them, but they did solve a worm problem for $10, so once you go there once they are very reasonable. more
