Very professional and fair pricing 7/8/2010

Such an awesome company. We own 3 properties and had to have all 3 A/C units serviced this summer and we used 3 different companies (because of the warranties). I wish I had used Brennan for all three Air Conditioning units. They charged HALF of what I was charged by one of the other companies. Moreover, they followed up with us-- really showed the professionalism the others were lacking. They were courteous to our renter as well. We will use them for all of our properties in the future. more
