I bought my Mini S Convertable new in 06' from Brecht and have had nothing but problems with the service dept.. They had to replace the top because the rubber molding was falling ...

This was the first time I had brought my MINI in for servicing and found the person I worked with to be extremely courteous, thorough and informative, not to mention funny which I loved. I will certainly bring my MINI back for my future car services. more

Excellent 11/18/2010

Your service team is excellent starting with your greeter and ending with your cashier. In between, while we never get to meet them, your Tech people are superior as we have never had to return to redo a repair. Your customer waiting area is very comfortable. Keep up the good work! more

Top service department 11/3/2010

I havent been to the dealership since maybe two months ago perhaps? I appreciate the way service treats every time i do come in for any service. When the time comes, I AM buying an auto from your dealership. You guys are a Top Service department. We have three Toyotas and they do not match the same service you guys give to me. more

Fast and easy 10/19/2010

Overall, it was fast and easy process of buying my MINI with Amanda. In addition, Amanda picked me up from my house when I pick up my new MINI and that was really nice of her and worked out really well for me. She also recomended a new insurance agency who saved me $300 over a year compared to my old insurnace agency. Thanks Amanda!! more

Fantastic 10/13/2010

Brecht was actually my 2nd choice as Crevier Mini is right next to my work. But they were rude and lost an easy sale! Rod Johnson was phenomenal to work with and is proof positive that it's not just the car, it's the service before AND after the sale that makes a customer for life! The car is fantastic - we love you guys! more
