I don't know about you but my idea about Yoga was always that I need to be flexible in order to do Yoga. But with Breathing & Relaxation Center, I don't need to memorize difficult postures and breathing is also much easier to follow. They also help me be more positive. So it can effect both mind and body. Everytime I'm at the center, I feel very comfortable and happy. I hope more people can experience this. more

Dahn Yoga 3/8/2012

I have been attending classes for 5 months. The changes in my life in that short period of time have been remarkable! The whole self is recognized and nurtured. Everyone that I have seen take one class, comes back for more. The healing that occurs goes deep beyond the physical while using the path of waking up and strengthening the body. A pleasurable experience in a delightful space. Come for calm, clarity and energy. more

I am 63 years old and feel like a kid again. Pain and stiffness are gone, anxiety and depression relieved, sleep quality greatly improved and stress levels way down..Who could ask for more? The care and compassion shown by instructors is beyond compare. I wish everyone would give it a try. it really is life changing! more

It is amazing experience for me.? I have been practicing Dahn yoga for several years. My first experience of Dahn yoga was amazing. Physically I felt fine but I always felt empty and was looking for something to fulfill my heart. Stretch was really good. Some posture was easy to follow. Some posture was challenging. It was first time to feel my body like that clearly. Breathing time I could be more aware of my body and mind. In and out. in... and out... By breathing I could stay in the present. My mind became quiet and my body become so relaxed. I realize this is how to heal my body and mind. Last part was energy meditation. I felt some magnetic sensation on my palms. By feeling energy the sense of meditation was getting deeper and deeper... After my first, Dahn yoga became one of the most important part of my life... I recommend Dahn yoga to everybody!? more
