Breaking New Grounds 3/20/2006

Great location, some good menu choices, but not the friendliest staff. Right in the middle of downtown Portsmouth, this coffee shop has a great location for people watching. It also has a wireless access point if you would like to sit at a table either inside or outside the cafe while you sip your latte and get some work on the laptop done. Perfect place to bring a springtime date for a nice chat. more
