overall a great stay, wonderful location, great view and well furnished. only complaint staff was not at all helpful when calling to find out what unit we had and when the unit would be ready.......stock answer :- check in time is at 3 o'clock cant tell you what unit goodbye then they\.hung up, this happened twice. more

Our family had a great week at the Breakers. Our condo (309) was superb. Three very comfortable bed rooms with a spacious dining area and living room. Everything was well kept and it seemed they had just updated all the TV's (4). We'd love to come back again. Connie Brown more

Fabulous family place to stay. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit - 509C. It was very clean, furnishings were nice, kitchen was well stocked with any appliance you would need. View was fantastic. Amenities were great. Right on the beach. Having chair beach service was an added plus that we didn't have to worry about. Staff was extremely nice & helpful. My granddaughter locked 3 of the doors in the unit & maintenance came right up after I called to help us out. Great location. New gas grills were awesome to use. We will definitely be back. Only suggestion I can make would be to turn ice makers on the morning of arrival so there is ice in the freezer ready to go. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! more

This was our first stay at Ft. Walton. Our condo at The Breakers was nicely furnished with TVs in living room and all three bedrooms. Kitchen was stocked with most anything you would need. What caught our eye when we walked in our condo was the breathtaking view of the beach and ocean from the wall-to-wall window in the living room that led to a private deck. Master had a door leading to the deck as well. Condo very clean and neat. We would definitely stay at The Breakers again. more

I've stay at the Beakers 3 times in three months, for long (13 days) short (3 days) and overnight.. Will do so again when I am in town. more

As always, the staff and grounds were in great shape. Our condo was excellent. We have been staying at the Breakers (2 or 3 times per year), since 2002. We have always enjoyed our home away from home. Thanks for always making it special. Amy & Don more

C302 was a very nice condo. We enjoyed the updated kitchen area and the tile floors. We had difficulty with the wifi and had to use an ethernet cable which was very inconvenient. I still think it was something wrong with the cable in the unit, because here we are in tampa and wifi works just fine! A few suggestions to improve the unit: - needs a few more cutting knives - we only had steak knives, a paring knife and a bread knife. -otherwise dishes and pans were sufficient. - hairdryer was loose and btw medicine cabinet and vanity and cord dangled on vanity (not safe) - could easily be installed beside medicine cabinet and towel bar. - a shelf is needed above the toilet to hold things like hairspray bottles which did not fit in medicine cabinet. -small floor mats beside bed would be nice to wipe our feet - we used towels - a small desk in the living dining room with a chair for the laptop would be nice These suggestions are not dealbreakers as we have booked to return next year- would just make our (and others stay) more pleasant. The best condo unit we've had so far!! 610 is amazing! We stay at The Breakers everytime we come to Ft Walton and will continue to until we have to travel with pets. I wish Breakers would allow pets. Other than that I recommend Breakers to all my friends and family and we are proud to call it our second home twice a year. more

I stay at the Breakers whenever I visit the Fort Walton Beach area, which is quite often. There is no other place to stay, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and always courteous. I would especially commend Robert on the night shift. When I am staying at the Breakers, I am working and leave the facility early in the morning (6AM). Robert is there and is the most cheerful individual one could see at that time of the morning. As I said, there is no other place to stay in Fort Walton Beach... more
