Six of us got together for a night out at Heinz Hall. Bravo Franco is across the street from here and a great place to get a bite to eat and some drinks before the show. Everything is flavorful and you get a large portion. You must get the fried provalone! There is nothing like it! (I also recommend splitting it with others!) more

Running a bit late for dinner and opera, my daughter and I stopped into Bravo Franco with less than an hour until the show started. We told the hostess of our dilemma and she wisked us to a table, grabbed a waiter and gave him instructions to hasten our meal. He came promptly with water and fresh bread and took our order. The atmosphere was inviting and our dinners were excellent. Can't wait to return with enough time for dessert! more

My wife and I recently dined here before the Harry Connick Jr. Show. We came in late without reservations and were promptly greeted by a wonderful and charming hostess. She directed us to the bar were we were waited on by a charming and handsome bartender. We had to of the features for the evening, and it was some of the best dinners we've ever had. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and will definitely go back. more

Our family was going to an event in the Cultural district and needed to make reservations for dinner before the show, we picked a winner. We were greeted with smiles and cordiality. Each of our meals were excellent. Our waitress, Sharon, is one of the best we have encountered in an age! She gave us suggestions, you could tell she knew the menu well and was so competent as to refill water, ask frequently about the meals and enquire if we needed anything additional. What a delightful evening it was. Great food, great service and all you could ask for in a restaurant. I hope we were not lucky and will go again soon. more

At times the clock has a tendency to control or have a significant effect on one's availability to fine-dine - as does the weather & traffic congestion. A recent experience at your restaurant made those issues somewhat secondary. My primary purpose of this review is to commend\r the server that made a time restrictive situation quite bearable. A personality that makes one feel welcome - a service that fulfills your requested order. My husband took me there for my birthday and we had the best waitress. The food was wonderful but she made the experience worthwhile. She was pleasant, funny and friendly and service was outstanding. I believe her name was Melissa. I would definitely go back again. more

First time there - and the last.\r We were seated behind the hostess desk, too much cold air.\r We had a child with us and the use of the F-bomb by the hostess (Carol) was totally out of place and not appreciated.\r The salad was good except the bread was stale. \r When my wife was served - linguini with white clam sauce - the pasta was not cooked. The waitress took it back to the kitchen and when it was returned it was no better.\r Not a good experience. more
