HIGHLY RECOMENDED. PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. WONT USE ANY OTHER AC/HEAT SERVICE!!! Heat did not work. They came within an hour. Said it was a plumbing job. Pinpointed problem in less than 5 minutes and said it would be around $200. The other ac people said I would have had to replace unit for $4500 after spending 2 hours and doing nothing. more

Excellent install at a good price. My wife and I are very happy with our Air Conditioning. Bratton Services HVAC Contractor is professional, prompt and personable. I called about a squeaking blower fan. Bratton Services HVAC Contractor came out the same day to replace it and was in and out in less than an hour.\r more

We had a very good experience with Bratton Services HVAC Contractor. They were quick to respond when our hot water heater died. We had hot water by the end of the day and a new tankless water heater by the end of the week. more

I couldn`t be more pleased. Professional, prompt, courteous. Let me know if I can provide a reference. Less than an hour later the technician was at my door made the diagnosis in moments, had the parts to make the repair and did a subsequent check to ensure there were no additional problems with the unit. Cold air was blowing in the matter of 10 minutes. All in this was a great customer experience. The technician and the gentleman on the phone were great to deal with both courteous and professional. For any future needs I may have with respect to heating or air conditioning these folks will be my first and only call. more

After an extremely miserable night with the AC unit clearly having failed at our home I called Bratton Services HVAC Contractor bright and early in the morning. I selected them based on the reviews on the website. The gentleman who answered the phone told me he was scheduled out until the next day. I asked for other recommendations in my area and he did not feel comfortable giving any. We talked about the symptoms of the problem and he thought it was a quick fix and took my information and thought he could have someone out sometime the same day. more

We had 2 service companies come out to look at our air conditioner which would just randomly shut off. They claimed it was bad and had to be replaced for about 10K. After our 2nd estimate we called Bratton Services HVAC Contractor.\r \r They told us we needed to have a piece of wall cut to relieve the heat that was building up from the exhaust fan. Sure enough that was the problem. Our air conditioner has worked great ever since and they were efficient, polite and just fabulous. They didnt overcharge us either!\r \r Would always recommend them! more

So, I rarely write reviews but I need to contribute to the good things said about Bratton Services HVAC Contractor. I called earlier this week because my AC had stopped working and Steve was at my house the next day. He looked at my AC unit for 2 seconds and knew what my problem was. I just moved into this house and the unit had been neglected and just needed a couple water strainers cleaned. He took 5 minutes to tell me how to go about doing it myself and then he left. Didnt charge me a dime and it took me no time to clean the strainers myself and now my AC is working great again. If I have any problems in the future Bratton Services HVAC Contractor will be my first call. more

So our upstairs air unit went out last night and we have now used Bratton Services HVAC Contractor twice and had to highly recommend their service! They came out the next day and were able to fix it on site within an hour. Was afraid of getting ripped off after hearing horror stories from others with other people out there but have no worries!!! more
