As always, Lillian always give me excellent service. I was on my way to work, and my engine light had came on the night before, she said, sure drop it off, and was taken care of it a timely manner. Thanks Lillian, companies need more people like you. more

Expectations were exceeded 5/25/2011

My expectations were far exceeded when I took my car in for service. You guys not only fix my issues but also checked and replaced my battery and replaced a burnt out tail light without my mentioning anything. That's what I call Customer Service- you guys ROCK!!! more

Our experience at Brandon VW was great & our salesman was super!He is very knowledgeable of his product & if doesn't have a answer he'll get one. He truly cares & tries to leave no stone unturned. He did his best, patiently to explain to me how all the new technology in our new car worked. This was no easy task but he was determined that this old dog could learn new tricks. Excellent customer service 4/26/2011

Brooks in the servicing department is very knowledgable and experienced in providing excellent customer service. Our VW has been serviced at this location several times in the past 6 months and his level of expertise has been unsurpassed. Brooks even went out of his way after work to test drive the vehicle after it left the dealership because of unforseen and intermitten problems. It was quickly identified and the problem was resolved. I have had several long conversations with Brooks on the care of our vehicle and he has always spoke in terms anyone without automotive expereince could understand. The cost of the repairs were always applied with allowable coupons and discounts which helped to reduce the cost of repairs, which helps in todays economy. Please extend my appreciation and nomination to Brooks along with any monitary awards that the dealership recognizes for employees whom deliver Excellent quality customer service, as he truly deserves one. Thank You. more

I would rate my overall experience as excellent! Julie has always been absolutely wonderful in helping to take care of us and the needs of our car. We've been scheduling all our repairs through Julie, and will continue to deal with her, and only her. It's very rare to find a person who delivers such excellent customer service, always! Julie not only takes care of the needs of our vehicle, but she also takes a personal interest in us and our family, showing us that she cares about us as people, not just a customer. more
