Don?t buy a vehicle from Brandon Ford, FL. The last 9 Months have been the worst experience of my life! My Brand NEW car has been in and out of the shop with a total of 72 days and the sales department would not help me in any way, unless they were going to make more money off of me. I am stuck driving a death trap!!! more

He rapidly learned what we liked and did not like in a vehicle. We were impressed how much he wanted us to find the right car for us, more than he was interested in making the sale. I genuinely feel that he would not have sold us a car, if he did not feel we were 100% satified with our decision. He was so knowledgeable about every car, even the little details. We were trading in a 2008 vehicle and got low-balled originally. Once they came back with a price we were OK with, we then discussed the cost of our new purchase. Purchased a 2011 Ford Edge LTD from Jeremiah Dennis at Brandon Ford and I can say that of the 4 new cars I've purchased in the past from other dealers, his service ranks at the top. Straight forward and took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle...both ones we knew about and expected as well as those we didn't. Financing was excellent and painless; unlike what the norm seems to be in the car buyer arena. more

Brandon Ford advertised a used white Rousch Mustang for a fair price. I wanted a fair trade for my Jeep Wranger. The manager offered me half of the blue book value on my trade. I know, because I looked it up the night before. When I asked him to show me where he got his number he told me ""he didn't have time"". He doesn't have time to sell a car? for a fair price? Seems to me they try to cheat everyone who comes to their lot. I guess a few fall for it. Don't let it be YOU. I went across the street and was offered OVER DOUBLE on my trade right up front on a similar deal. When I was leaving (insulted and angry) he chased me down & asked me to come inside and look at the numbers. Luckily I refused & told him to learn from his mistakes. He tells me ""I didn't make a mistake"". I told him he did because I was going to buy the car if he offered a fair deal. Guess what. I ran a CarFax on the car and it was a manufacture buyback. A LEMON. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! Pros: sales guy was nice Cons: manager was not more
