After interviewing 4 plumbers I chose Parley's PPM due to their A+ rating with the BBB. Their service matches the rating. I would recommend Parley's again.

I had Parley's PPM service my furnaces and air conditioners. There were some issues a couple of times but they always come back and take care of it. It's been a good experience. more

I have used the various services Parley's PPM offers, over the past ten years. Each time one of their technicians comes out to my home, they are always on time, and they are very professional in their appearance and expertise. They are very knowledgeable and they give good recommendations for how to take care of my heating and cooling systems. I would recommend them to anyone who wants honest, capable, and reliable services. more

I have already recommended Parley's PPM Plumbing Heating & Cooling and I will continue to recommend them. I've used them for five years ever since moving to Cedar Hills. They are very attentive, willing to listen, and willing to teach me when necessary. I'm very satisfied with Parley's. I have no reservations in recommending them. I am happy with the service I received from the receptionist and the technician. They are very clean when they come and always put booties on their shoes. They clean up well after they finish. more

Unsatisfactory system installation but adequate servicing 4/12/2013

Parley's PPM services my furnace every fall and my air conditioner every spring. They do an adequate job with the servicing, but the only reason I use them is because they did the installation for the system. I would not recommend them to anyone. more

Very professional, very dependable, & very good at what they do. 4/10/2013

Parley's PPM is always there when we need them. We don't have to wait too long if there is a problem, which I like. Usually they come out the same day. We have a service contract with them because I trust them so much. They are very dependable and always do a good job. more

I had one of my main drains clogged, and they came out pretty quickly and unclogged it. They gave me some advice on how to keep it from clogging up again. more

I had to have a new air conditioning and heating system put in. Parley's PPM did a great job. The system works great and I have no complaints. It was a bit expensive because of the system I picked but they can't really control that. more

Long-term relationship that has always been good. 4/1/2013

I've been with Parley's PPM for a long time. I've had a couple of emergencies where it was a city problem, and I called them because I didn't know what to do. Parley's came immediately. They're very good. When it isn't an emergency, they come within the day or the next day. We've had them put in AC, plumbing, dishwashers, and a garbage disposal. Their prices are not outrageous. They have always been able to come forward with the parts that are needed. If they don't have them, they can always get them right away. more

Several years ago, when we had a plumbing problem, we found Parley's PPM Plumbing Heating & Cooling in the phone book and we have been using them since. They installed and maintain our air conditioning and heating system. They also come out every time we have a plumbing problem and they fix it for us. They have been very good to work with. more

We have had a good ongoing experience. 3/25/2013

We have used Parley's PPM a bunch of times and they have always done well. Most recently, they helped me with a faucet. I had a faucet that was spitting out what I though was hard water. When they came out, they told us we needed a new faucet, which I then had my grandson put in. But once installed, the new faucet had no hot water pressure. Their plumber came back out and he found and removed pieces of plastic, which fixed the problem. I had them come out a total of three times for this problem and they actually gave me a discount. Overall, they have been very good. more

I began using Parley's PPM Plumbing Heating & Cooling about eight years ago. When I needed a garbage disposal, they were here to put it in. When I needed a new air conditioner, they installed it. Then, when I was unsure of how to use the thermostat, they took the time to come out and help me. They have also done other small jobs, like replace two toilets in the house. Overall, they do very well. They are kind and they are polite. more

Very good for maintenance and repair of heating/AC. 3/21/2013

Parley's PPM provides great service. They are prompt, responsive, and courteous. They are very thorough when they get here. The technician that does the maintenance does a great job. My one hesitation was that I felt they gave me poor advice on 1 of my new furnaces. They recommended one that was too fancy for my needs. I was paying extra for a computer system that they ended up manually overriding. They didn't seem to understand my concern. It just wasn't the right unit for our needs. They're great for service but not as good for recommending purchases. more

Parley's PPM Plumbing Heating & Cooling is very responsive when I call with a problem at any particular location. They always get someone right out there. I like that they are pretty responsive. They do our A/C and plumbing and I'm satisfied with everything. They are very friendly. If you are looking for someone you feel like you can trust and is reliable, Parley's is a good company to try out. more

We have been using Parley's PPM Plumbing Heating & Cooling for many years. I recommend them. We've had them when we had a disaster. Everything was a mess and there was a sewer backup. They came in and literally took apart the furnace and water heater. They worked well with the disaster people who were here. They were thorough and gave us recommendations on other fixes because of a germ problem. Our home is cleaner, they sanitized it, and they are helpful and wonderful. We have had them in for plumbing services and to just inspect everything. They give us hints and recommendations on things. We appreciate this because we are not plumbers and don't know what can go wrong. They replaced our furnace and we are extremely satisfied. The other day I called them to go to my daughter's house too. I really honestly don't call anyone else for plumbing and heating. They are very professional and very careful not to make a mess in my home. I have comfortable having them in my home. more

Our favorite person at Parley's PPM is Michael. He is so hard working. He once came to our house after business hours to help us with our heat. They are very accommodating. If they don't know how to fix something, they'll find out. We have enjoyed all the people they have sent to our home. more
