After interviewing 4 plumbers I chose Parley's PPM due to their A+ rating with the BBB. Their service matches the rating. I would recommend Parley's again.

Courteous workers. Great that they wore shoe covers! I appreciate that. I didn't realize the water softener I bought would not be maintained/warrantied/serviced, etc., by ppm. I thought i was dealing strictly with ppm then once the water softener was installed was told that any issues or problems i have with the softener, need to be referred to the maker. I am not impressed with that. Hopefully there won't be any problems and everything will be fine but I didn't choose to work with this other company and I think your process should have been explained at the time i was inquiring about the softener. more

We have had multiple problems with our water heater and decided to have PPM replace it 6/26/2012

I am the father-in-law of Robert Wood, the owner of the house. I watched James work on the hot water tank replacement, and even though he encountered a few large problems, he kept at it and solved all the problems. more

I've been a customer of Parley's PPM Plumbing & Heating for a couple of years now. They have done multiple jobs for me and I'm very satisfied with their work. Lance and his team are very friendly. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction, and they do whatever is needed to meet your expectations. They know what they're doing but if for any reason you're not satisfied they will come out and fix whatever is needed just to make sure that the customer is completely happy. My wife has asked many many questions that many could have gotten fed up with and Lance and his team have done very well in handling her questions. I've very satisfied. more

When I called Parley's PPM Plumbing & Heating they were very responsive. They came right out and were able to help me out. Before using them, I had other companies look at our system and they were not able to repair it. We even had a representative of the manufacturer come out and he couldn't make the system work out properly, surprisingly enough. The man who came out from Parley's Plumbing was so knowledgeable, efficient, and polite, all on top of the fact he was able to save us money. I highly would recommend them. more
