I have had the help of Bragg Plumbing for a number of years. Most recently a couple of weeks ago regarding my heater. Zac was the person who helped me. He was patient in explaining what needed to be done soon and in the near future and explained the cost completely. He took his time, professionally explaining and answering my questions. I have recommended Bragg to my daughter and her husband and to my friends. I intend on hiring Bragg to install my new heater. more

Chance estimated the job, replaced half the ductwork in my house, cleaned the rest all in one day. That's faster than is would take other companies to prepare an estimate. Great Job! more

Bragg Plumbing & Heating was one of three companies I contacted in my quest for a qualified furnace installer. In every aspect this company surpassed the others at the initial meeting with a carefully explained oral and written presentation. During and after installation and duct cleaning/sanitizing they continued to demonstrate their good service and proficiency. I should like to think all of this companys personnel are as professional, expert, courteous, and efficient as the representative with whom I dealt; in fairness, however, that may be expecting more than the norm. Their technician, Chance Rosario, meticulously explained what the company proposed to do and not only fulfilled every aspect of the proposal with expertise and consideration but also met with aplomb a couple of unexpected complications. Based upon this initial relationship, I look forward to working with Bragg again. (I may, however, specifically request that Chance Rosario be the technician assigned to the job!) Zac and Chance did a great job repairing the plumbing issues in my home (as well as replacing my dryer ducting and teacing me how to use my water heater). Chance was the technician that came out to vacuum my air ducts. He was very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, and even fixed my kitchen sink while waiting for the vacuum machine to do its work!! Thank you so much! It's not common to find businesses these days who actually care about the customer and not just their checkbook! more

Bragg plumbing will now be my number one plumbing company. I didn't know who to call to fix a bad leak and I called another company in Santa Rosa and the estimate was outrageous. I let it leak. I saved up some money and then called Bragg Plumbing. Their estimate was half of what this other company quoted. Not only that, Chase did a great job, was on time and fixed it fast. Great plumber and great company. I will call them first from now on not only for plumbing, but Chase says he does heating and air conditioning too. more

The installation of the a/c system was done professionally and with great attention to detail. Todd and Chance proved themselves to be knowledgable and highly competent technicians who handled all the stages of installation with great skill and determination. They were also more than willing to answer all questions in an informative and friendly manner. more

My experience with Bragg Plumbing was good overall. We called wanting to get our air ducts vacuumed out under our floor. When the guy came in he discovered that our air ducts were fragile and that it had to be replaced. At the same time, he noticed that our dryer vent was imporperly installed and so we had to put in a new dryer vent. The installation process was all great. He was on time and did the work in a timely manner. The reason why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the guy said that he would come back in a few weeks to do our attic as well, but we never heard from him again. Nonetheless, it was really a minor issue because now that we thought about it, we don't really want to spend the money to clean the air ducts in our attic anymore. It was overall a good experience. more

Chance and his partner did a fantastic job in installing a new furnance and all the "trimmings" (ducts). They arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and were extremely polite and professional. I'd recommend them to anyone. more

Mid Jan. 3:00 pm . Furnace runs but no flame.Picked up the phone book looking for anybody local . Was known that it would be one of the coldest nights of the year . Made the call at 3:30 pm , two man crew showed up 1 hr and 10 minutes later .Bad circuit board on a 22 year old furnace .Probably not wise to try and find another board as it would likely be a used unit given the age of the furnace . Price for a new furnace...... $5,400.00! OH S&*T !!!Large , two story , 4 bedroom house . Really wasn't in a good position to get another estimate so I OK'd the job . They quickly removed the old unit and returned @ 9:30 am the next morning . I was told the original furnace on the contract was out of stock and I was getting an upgrade to a Bryant Furnace @ the same price.I had no idea what to expect to pay for this kind of service . But this is an established Co. and do not think they would have lasted this long if they were out to bilk people. So,aside from the sticker shock , the job was completed in under 3 hours and the difference is very noticeable . The house heats quickly and it seems that the furnace does not run as long as before .I have not had it long enough to compare the old gas usage but am pretty confident that I will save money over the many years of projected use . The two service guys , (one being Kyle Wagner) explained the warranty info and operation of the new thermostat and I felt my problem was solved. They did suggest that I could have them back as my water heater is pretty old as well.My AC unit could be fixed also,and Kyle was pretty sure I did not need a complete replacement.All in all, it was a good experience . Would call again . more

My old kitchen faucet began leaking ridiculously the week before Thanksgiving. I called Bragg for an estimate, and they sent Zac over to take a look. He came that same day, and told me the options. He was extremely confident about being able to get the job done in time for the upcoming holiday, and did so. He was friendly and professional, even though my dog barked at him incessantly. more

Our heater broke down, and our house was ice cold. I called to schedule an appointment thinking they would not be available till the end of the week. Within 2 hours of my call they sent someone over. I knew we had to purchase a new furnace once our old one broke. Chance Rosado was sent over to inspect and diagnose the problem. He was knowledgeable and with no pressure at all to purchase a new furnace. Next day first thing in the morning we had a new working furnace. more

Zac also fixed our shower (which had been leaking for months). He ordered a part and returned at a time that was convenient for us. We are impressed that Zac was always on time for the appointment, and he fixed everything, just as he promised he would. more
