Bradley is a rotten crook. He asked me to do some a cleanup on a few pools and didn't pay me. Do not trust this man. He will cheat you. No doubt about it.\r more

there are two sides to every situation and Bradley Custom Pools Side is:\r \r Nancey warren failed to meet agreeded upon scheduled payments and pay for add on's to pool. We scheduled and arbitration with friends, that reffered me to her and came to terms too continue on with the project and plaster the pool, she would then make a plaster payment and complete discripises in project and proceed on to finishing project. After pool was plastered, once again she did not make payment as agreed, instead served me with a cease and asssit letter instucting me to not return to her property or I would be arrested for tresspassing. Sure there were issues that needed attending but without permission to enter her property or monies she owed, I could not complete the work, this case went to court and was kicked out. She still owes me 17k and no the work was not fully completed more

Bradley custom Pools owned by Bradley Chance built a $97,000 pool (never finished) my infloor cleaning system had parts missing, my contract states salt system, he installed chlorine system, my decking started popping up after 3 months. Their were several leaks in the pool that I had to have repaired. My water bill was running over $300.00 per month. My auto fill was not working. He never added proper drains in yard. The plaster in the pool looks horrible and it will cost me $8,000 to have it redone. I could go on and on. Bottom line is it is a disaster. He got mad because I held back money and used the most vulgar language. He claims to have a $1,000,000 insurance policy, but he nor his insurance will let me see the policy.\r I have heard he has closed that company and now operating under a different name. On June 8 Bradley Custom Pools Installed a Pentair Intellibright 5G LED Pool Light with controller for $891. The next day the owner was notified the light had NO power. Several days later another company came out to attemp correct installation. The controller allows easy selection of 12 color light shows. The light had power on second re-wire, however has multiple dark areas and very poor quality color. The best light effect of the 12 options is in the OFF position. I have made at least 10 calls leaving messages for the onwer with NO call back to date, now 22 days ago and counting, This contractor does not rate a one star, however this site will not allow a no star rating. more
