could be better poor communication

Uncaring staff 6/5/2007

Dr. Daniel saw my cat on Friday morning and was great; the visit and bloodwork were expensive but I didn't blink about it. When the blood showed no problems, Dr. Daniel recommended x-rays, so I made an appointment for 3:40 on Monday.I arrived at 3:47. The front desk was so disorganized it took them several minutes to find our file. Then, after waiting several more minutes, I was told the Dr. (McGregor, I think) would not do the x-rays because it was "almost 4:00" and s/he was "getting ready to leave." So my sick cat and I were turned away.It sickens me that people who should be caring for our companion animals would treat them this way. more

Uncaring staff 6/5/2007

I'm sorry to say that I found the staff, in particular the front desk staff, to be uncaring and unsympathetic. When Dr. Daniel (who was great) recommended x-rays for my cat, I made an appt. for 3:40. I arrived at 3:47. It took the unorganized front desk staff several minutes to find our records, then I was told that the Dr. (McGregor, I think) was ""getting ready to leave"" because it was ""almost 4:00."" Pros: Dr.Daniel Chitu was wonderful. Cons: Dr. McGregor and front desk staff obviously do not care about animals. more

Assembly Line 7/15/2006

When I took my dog for surgery I was given different information from three technicians. They do not seem to have a standard policy of training program, so the recommendations change. This is very frustrating. In addition, when they spoke to me about a possible problem with the surgery, the first thing they said was that I was financially liable because of their misinformation. They made the money comment before really asking how my dog was doing. This let me know what their priority is, and it is not my pet. Needless to say, I will be taking him somewhere else! more
