Rich Ayers was the lead. Rich is the best painter I have observed. Over the course of many years, I have painted many of my apartments. The residents of the apartment were informed and kept up to date on the progress by Rich. There was no overspray or mess. All of the crew always exhibited the utmost of professionalism. I needed my condo interior walls and ceilings painted. I was very pleased with the speed in which the work was done and the outstanding quality of the work (no surprise paint droplets anywhere) as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the painters. They cleaned up everything and helped me move my furniture back in place when they were done. They were also very considerate of my need to sequester my two cats in a separate room. We put the cats in one room on the first day and then on the second day we moved them to a room that they had made sure to totally complete on the first day. Almost a year ago, I won a raffle - certificate for free painting for a day at a marriage retreat. (By the way everyone was putting their raffle tickets for this certificate so I thought gosh this company must be good!) Brad Stoner came by within a couple days of calling and was very kind and professional. I explained what I wanted to have done and he said that the painter could get it done in one day. I didn't have the color but he looked at it and matched the paint to the existing color perfect. The painter was also kind and did a great job. All I did was pay for the paint (they even gave me what was left in the can). They gave such a great service, even though we won a certificate and only paid for the paint. Really they went above and beyond. We will definitely be using them again when we need our house painted! more

Overall work was excellent. Two man crew arrived early and work focused. Only nit was they did not pound in some popped nail head I saw after the fact. I won't complain about this, and will not affect how I would highly reccomend them. more

Here are a few things that made this painting experience awesome. 1. Brad Stoner was very flexible when coming to my home to give me a quote and when I had to reschedule the day of the painting because of an issue on my end. 2. Brad’s flexibility is one of the qualities that makes him a great person to work with. 3. Brad’s painting team showed up on time. 4. Greeted me in a professional manner. 5. Review what they were going to paint 6. Ask me if I had any concerns. This was really nice because I went over what I wanted them to be careful with. 7. Did a great job in covering up the doors/walls/windows that were not getting painting. 8. Verified what paint they were going to use. 9. Painted the areas that were agreed upon. 10. Did a great job in cleaning up when the painting was finished. 11. Walked and reviewed all areas with me that where painted to make sure I was satisfied with what they painted and how they cleaned up. 12. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional while they were at my home. 13. I absolutely would hire Brad Stoner and his team again when I have move painting that needs done. 14. After having three other companies provide quotes on repainting my condo located in downtown, Brad Stoner was not the cheapest, but they did provide the best value for the price, which included a warranty that others did not provide. Bill Walloch, the estimator, is great and provides great recommendations for a perfect finished job. more
