wonderful, helpful people, great prices 9/20/2005

I was ready to buy another new vacume when I walked into BSV for the first time but a staff member showed me what went wrong on my filter, how to fix it and what to do to avoid the problem in the future. He spent almost a half an hour with me and I was only charged with a 2.00 part. They're so helpful. PROS: incredibly helpful, great staff, great location CONS: none! more
