Zeb at Boyd Plumbing did a Wonderful Job installing a Tankless Water Heater 4/13/2018

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Zeb from Boyd Plumbing. We quickly learned that what we thought would be a simple water heater replacement was going to be challenging due to our unique home situation. After having several water heater installers give estimates and all give differing opinions, we asked Boyd to send one of their highly experienced technicians. We found Zeb to be extremely personable, approachable, and knowledgeable. He patiently educated us on our options (including drawing sketches) and answered our questions giving specific calculations in an understandable way. In the end, Zeb beautifully installed a tankless water heater. It was apparent he took great pride in his work. Zeb took extra time studying our situation in order to make as few drywall cuts as possible to install a new gas line. He even painted gas line outside the house to match our house as closely as possible. We are very pleased! more

Hot water heater estimate with Fernando 1/24/2018

Fernando is an amazing representative of your company. He was on time, personable, honest with his assessment and very knowledgeable of his craft. The fact that I am not using Boyd's estimate has nothing to do with him, but simply I have to go with the better bid. If finances were not the issue, based on Fernando, I would have used your services. Thank you for coming out and giving me an estimate. more

Excellent service 11/17/2017

I had Boyds Plumbing install a new water heater. The next day I had no hot water. Eric worked for 2 hours to find the problem (it was not the water heater..it was a problem with work done previously on a remodel project). He knew how upset I was, and went above and beyond to calm me down. What an excellent employee! Thank you more

Jeremy was very professional and helpful in giving ideas about pros and cons in going with and 40 gallon water heater or going with a tankless water healer. Got the older water heater going with no charge. If other employees are like Jeremy the Boyd Plumbing Company will have a bright and strong future. more

Boyd Plumbing is a top notch operation. We had an issue and gave them a call. The receptionist was very helpful and got a plumber (Stephen) out right away. Received an email with his bio and when he arrived he was very polite and efficient. He asked a few questions and diagnosed the issue quickly. Very happy with the service and experience more

Service was timely with minimal delay. Products provided are state of the art. Fernando the lead on the installation team is truly a first class person. These guys were working in the attic on a 100+ degree day and his attention to the well being of those working with him was exemplary in all respects. more

Leak and running water 2/19/2017

We had 2 running toilets and a leak under our bathroom sink. Zeb resolved all our issues with a professional attitude and a smile. We will be using Boyd again. Its so nice to hear silence instead of running water. more

Outstanding Service 11/3/2016

Flooded garage, no water, needed service. 30 minutes after calling Boyd's Plumbing Jon showed up, gave a solid estimate, and fixed all my issues. I felt very comfortable having Jon working in my house without me looking over his shoulder. The work was done quickly, correctly, with no mess, and all before my wife got home from work. I will definitely be calling them again in the future when plumbing issues come up. more

Shower leak fix 8/26/2016

Mario went the extra distance trying to locate the source of the leak. Where other plumbers had failed he succeeded in finding and fixing the leak. He was very professional and I would recommend him. more

Bathtub leak 4/23/2015

Jon came out twice to my rental property to try to help find a leak. We went off of what bullseye leak detection was saying and they were completely wrong. He came back out again and that the gaskett in the overflow was almost gone. It was allowing the water to go down under the tub and into the walls. Leak detection had been out twice as well and never found this problem. We are extremely happy with Jon's work. He was very thorough also more

Angle Valve Replacement 4/18/2015

On April 9, 2015, Boyd Plumbing replaced 25 old-style compression angle valves in our house with new quarter-turn valves, installed a new main valve to the house and re-seated a toilet. The service person (Trini) was great to work with and the quality of his work was excellent. In addition, my calls to Boyd Plumbing prior to the work being done to set up a bidding visit and later a service appointment were handled very efficiently and responsively. I was extremely happy with the no-pressure, very cordial style of all the personnel I interacted with at Boyd. I will use this company again and would recommend it to others. more

Jon was friendly and explained what he was going to do and told me what the cost would be before beginning the job. I appreciated that. When I went to look at the bathroom, he was kind enough to put everything in order. (The toilet cover, and the tissue paper holder) I have always enjoyed Boyd's continued good service. more
