Just Okay!! - Bad customer service - okay food 1/11/2011

Called in an order today.... VERY RUDE employee answered the phone! We placed the order and because it was multiple people ordering lunch asked if we could use a couple different credit cards. Employee proceeded to curse at us and say ""if we accepted everyone's card then he'd be on the ad*n phone all day"". Very rude employee and all for just ""decent"" food. This will be the last time we order from them. more

Fantastic 6/29/2009

They pastrami is amazing, along with every other meat I've had from this family deli. Salami, bologna, corned beef, all fantastic. You've got me hooked. Pros: Best Pastrami I've tasted in years Cons: Its not closer to my house more
