If I could, I would give it no stars, but that's not an option. Its great in the fact it has an indoor swimming pool&self-wash area, but I feel its not enough to convince people to come here for boarding&daycare. There is no capacity limit, so its not common for the place to be over crowded; which can raise the risk of dog fights braking out. At the most they have 3 -4 people out with dogs; the dogs obviously out number the people, which again, creates the possibility for conflicts. There are dog aggressive dogs there; I have talked with other clients and vets, that told me there have been more the one occasion, where a dog needed stitches at this location. I don't want to take a gamble my dog could be injured; I don't have the money to cover hefty vet bills. I only imagine the dogs causing conflicts aren't at fault. If you take a moment to see how large the pace is; its no big surprise some dogs just wouldn't do well in a small area, that becomes even smaller as more dogs come in for daycare. That's a lot of dogs with many personalities and energies being mixed. Just not a smart or safe idea to not limit the number of dogs coming in. Now I see some people have talked about the management. Someone even mentioned they don't really care how the employees are treated: that the treatment of dogs is what maters. Well it all goes hand to hand, but in a facility dealing with animals; it sure hell matters how the people are treated. Animals feed off of our emotions and energy; if the staff are feeling stressed, unhappy, or any negative emotions; those dogs for sure are aware of that and then it makes them not feel so secure and it raises the risk of a fight happening. I think it matters greatly how a business treats their employees because it can reflect on how they think or treat their customers. I will not support a business that treats its workers poorly and I think everyone should feel the same way. The workers are the legs, foundation of any business and its important to not forget that. We've all experienced bad and good jobs, so why should we ignore the people who are currently working for someone who does not care about their well being? It effects us all and it effects our dogs, so no thank you. If the low prices of this place out weighs how the dogs and people are treated; well then that says a lot about you, doesn't it? I'm willing to spend the extra dollar to a place that feels warm, welcoming, and proves to be a positive place for everyone involved. I will not be bringing my dog here or supporting a place that can't even be respectful to their employees; all life maters to me and how its treated and this place obviously cares about money and not life. more

!!!!!!!! READ THIS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r There are a few things you might want to ask the employees about before you leave your dogs here. These are just a few things I noticed about this place, that make me want to say"" don't bring your dogs here unless they are A- puppies needing to be socialized, or B- have EXTREME separation anxiety.""\r -They allow people aggressive dogs in, and have a few regulars who are dog aggressive.\r -They do not inform you if your dog is misbehaving to a point where he/she is spending hours in a dark empty room by themselves. While they accept your money for your dogs time there.\r -They allow possessive dogs into there open swim, who have on many occasions nearly drown other dogs.\r -They keep dogs separated into four groups for most of the day, and two of those groups are not supplied with a water bowl.\r -They do not tell you if your dog does not enjoy there services i.e spends the entire (expensive) visit shivering in the corner.\r -They do not supply boarding dogs with water through the nights, unless you ask them to.I was told because it is too hard to clean up if they are to spill.\r -They use bleach to clean up the dogs pee inside. Bleach and pee together makes a TOXIC GAS!!\r -They do not allow you to brush out the bath dogs unless the owners pay an extra fee. I have been a bather/brusher for the last three years, and if you do not brush a long haired dog before a bath not only are you unable to get the dog clean, you cause matting, which in turn can cause skin issues.\r -They do not allow the employees to use the disinfectant that kills kennel cough in the kennel area.Even after they had a break out of kennel cough.\r -They expect all dogs to be bathed and dried in an hour. This is impossible if you are bathing a newfoundland, which isn't unusual for them. For what they charge, you should be leaving with a clean dog.\r -They have way too many dogs in a small area.\r -They do not allow their employees to play with your dogs.\r -The employees are not allowed to tell you if your dog was acting sick, or unusual, if there is another customer in the lobby. For fear that they might be concerned for their dog, and hurt the business.\r -They ask employees to sugar coat the truth when you ask how your dog was that day.Even if your dog was involved in an fight you might only get "" She did great : ) she played really hard. ""\r -Most dogs get bored of being there within the first hour. They separate the dogs that want to play together most of the time, because then the other dogs join in, and it might cause a fight.. I can appreciate there concern, but you would probably get more out of your money if you paid someone to take your dog to the park for an hour a day. \r -The dogs that go there to swim spend the first four hours they are there whining by the door. They love the half an hour of swim time they get..Then they spend the next few hours laying down.. \r \r I am an angry former employee.. Yes.. But that doesn't make any of this less true.. I quit not only for these reasons, but they also treat their employees with very little respect. more
