If this review was on Doctor Setzer alone, I would give a five star rating. Dr. Setzer is professional and personal at the same time. He is very knowledgeable, and can break things down for anyone to understand. But this review is for the whole office, and I am just trying to prepare anyone who may go to this facility. I had roughly five visits to this office before I had enough and went 30 miles out of my way to go to another facility. The worst visit I had was when I arrived at the office about 40 minutes early. I was driving all over town that day and was hoping to get in and out early to continue with my errands. I arrived and NO one was behind the front desk, so I sat and waited. After about 20 I yelled for anyone in the back, and got no reply. I hopped onto the counter and leaned over and picked up the phone and called the number, hoping someone would answer. No one did. So I left to run one of my errands in the area. I came back 20 minutes after my appointment and three girls were working behind the desk. How come they cant split they're lunch so there is always someone behind the desk, like every other professional office I've been to? They had the gall to tell me I missed my appointment! You are allowed 15 minutes after your appointment time, and if you dont make it in that time, your out of luck. After arguing for a while I was able to see the doctor. Another time I arrived a whole hour early, there was hardly anyone in the waiting room and at times it was empty, but the staff just let me sit there. I went into the doctors office 10 minutes after my appointment time. I have not had that bad of service even from fast food restaurants. While waiting those times I could hear the conversation of the girls behind the desk, and alot of it was just chit chat, so they werent overwhelmed by work. As good as Dr. Setzer is, I would not refer this office to a friend, and hopefully you heed my warning
