Very Clean and Professional 11/11/2011

We had a pecan tree that had grown out of control in our front yard. Georgia Power kept whacking it back to the point where it wasn't healthy any more. Finally we called Boutte and they took care of the entire job for us. They had to close down our one way street, notify the neighbors, call Georgia Power to get the power turned off, get a permit from the city of Atlanta AND cut down the tree and haul it off. We hardly knew they were there. We simply came home from work and the tree was gone, and the yard was clean. We will always, always use Boutte for any tree issues from now on. I recommend you do the same. more

Great Tree Service Professionals 10/14/2011

I had two (2) very large pine trees in my back yard. One was dead, one was too close to the house. Both were at least 80 ft tall. Only access to my backyard was a 4 ft gate. Crew arrived at 9 a.m. as specified and had both trees down and removed, plus all debris removed, yard and street cleaned and they were gone by 2:30 p.m. Crew was careful and professional. No damage to yard or nearby trees / shrubs. Great company and great job. more

Awesome service! 8/11/2011

Tierson did a great job of securing a falling tree of mine after the Tornado a few years ago. It was leaning on my house so he put a few ropes around it and secured it with a stake in the ground which has straightened out the tree! more

Awesome job by Boutte Tree, Inc. 7/19/2011

Donys and his crew were fantastic. They worked swiftly but carefully to remove several limbs from an ailing pecan tree. They had to work in a tight space and removed the limbs without any damage to my neighbors' or my property. They made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left and cleaned up everything, leaving it looking better than when they arrived. I highly recommend Boutte Tree, especially Donys and his crew! more

Good Customer Service 7/18/2011

We hired Boutte to remove a large dead tree from our backyard. The job was a fairly dangerous one, but I felt comfortable with their experience and expertise, and the tree was successfully removed. The job itself was slightly delayed, but I really appreciated how willing each and every member of the Boutte tree company was to work with me to find a solution. At the end of the day, the customer service is what matters most, and Boutte certainly put their best foot forward in order to reach a resolution that I felt comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend them and plan on using them in the future. more

Great Service, Job Done Well! 7/12/2011

I was surprisingly pleased to have such a great crew come out on time and do a great job. I had a couple of pine trees that needed pruning and the Boutte Tree crew did a fantastic job. Afterwards, they cleaned up the area neatly and quickly, I would definitely refer them to my neighbors and others who need their help! more

I was very pleased with a recent job done by Boutte Tree. Their folks, were very polite, did a great job, did it quickly and did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done. They made sure may gate was closed when they left as they knew I have dogs. I will definitely use them again! more

Well Run Business 7/3/2011

After a tree fell on my house, I called them to see if they could help. They were quick to return calls and call back when they had to check something. They made quick work of the job and made sure they cleaned-up after themselves. Every one of them were great to work with. I'd happily refer them to a friend or family member. more

Professional, knowledgable and just darned good 6/9/2011

Fairly quick after submitting for an estimate request, I got a call to set up a meeting. Not only did they send someone to provide a quote, but they sent someone who was an arborist. At least they have ""sales"" people who don't just ""sell"" their product, they ""know"" their product. I found the quote to be reasonable and scheduled the job. They actually got to me a day ahead of schedule given that an opening became available. A team of three guys cane out with a big truck and a large chipper. The team leader went over the work order with me to be sure he understood the request and then he went over it with his team. The biggest part of the job was a magnolia tree that GA Power poorly pruned and left completely mis-shapen. I completely understood that it may not have been possible to give the tree much of a good look back, but the guys did a wonderful job on it. I was totally pleased. All around these guys did a great job and left my yard looking cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I would absolutely use them again. I used other company's before and have not been nearly as pleased. more

Will Definately Use for All Tree Needs 5/26/2011

We had to have a very large hickory tree removed from our yard. The tree was at quite a lean. I was initially concerned as the foreman who I had worked with and trusted had called to let us know that he was injured and unable to be at the job. However, the three man crew came out and worked quickly and carefully so as not to damage anything in the yard. I was impressed. They were very concerned with doing a neat job. There was not so much as a leaf left on the sod below the tree. I have already referred them to a relative and will use Boutte again myself. more

Very pleased with work 5/12/2011

We recently had a large tree that was partially uprooted by a thunderstorm and leaning dangerously toward our house. Boutte Tree was able to come out, give us an very reasonable estimate and was able to rearrange their schedule and cut down the tree that afternoon before another storm hit the area that night. I was happy with their work and have already given their name to a neighbor. more

Boutte Tree Service was devine 4/21/2011

I took the day off to watch my 100 year old 80 ft high Red Oak get a trim job..my insurance co was on to me about dead limbs over the roof...The Crew came in and it was like watching Cirque Du Soeil..with all the rigging equipment and the chainsaw harnessed to their belt it was a beautiful thing to watch..I was a little nervous watching them climb to the top of this oak and the branches starting to rain down, and as soon as it the limbs were on the ground the were scooped up and chipped on site...then to top it off they left me as much wood chips that I wanted, after all it was my tree..also they downed a dead Dogwood tree , about 30 ft high in about 15 minutes...I, for one ,was impressed and delighted in the show that I was given, and you cannot beat their rates, nor service....I will call Boutte again for my next tree trimming... more

Boutte has been servicing our property for a couple years now and they have done an excellent job - very fair pricing and very professional. Thierson, Jenna & co are extremely service-oriented and have gone to great lengths to ensure our satisfaction with each tree removal. Thierson is a good businessman - getting creative with his proposals and incentives when he has needed to. I highly recommend them! 3/27/2011

I was amazed at the quality and service we received... especially for the price! Boutte Tree removed a large, dead Tulip Poplar from our back yard in Midtown, Atlanta. It was a VERY large tree, with a tight spot to work with, between two houses. They were on-time, friendly, professional, and moved fast. Despite having to wait in their vehicle due to heavy rain half of the day, they still managed to complete the job in a day, including cleaning the parking lot. I can honestly say that I really appreciated their performance. more

They know Trees !!! 3/24/2011

This company rocks!!! I had pruning done on two trees on my property and am truely satisfied with the work. I had a large tree branch that was taking over my backyard and a tree in the front yard that was butchered by previous bad pruning. The price was reasonable,and job was complete ahead of schedule, and done as promised on the quote. I almost didn't recognize my house when I drove up today. Sometimes it is better to go with the little guys they know their craft and are so knowledgeable about trees and their health which is what impressed me the most. I will definately use them in the future. more

Outstanding Job! 3/23/2011

I just wanted to share a very positive experience in case any of you are looking for the same! We had a large tree removed by Boutte Tree Service and are extremely pleased! Robert Brettschneider and his team did an outstanding job! I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and AIM! ;-) Especially because the tree was between two houses! We found the price very reasonable! Their philosophy is that they love trees and will try to save them if you wish, but in our case, it was clear even to me that our tree was on the way out. more

great experience, pruning 3/20/2011

Our house had some small/medium tree limbs falling on the deck occasionally so we wanted to prune the trees before they caused any damage. Boutte Tree was awesome, they were really nice and professional (including the team members who did the actual pruning who I got to talk with for a bit). They did a fantastic job, and the trees look if anything more alive and healthy. We ran into an issue with a neighbor which was my fault for not keeping them in the loop properly, but Boutte smoothly resolved the situation to everyone's satisfaction. They also even raked up some dead leaves that were there before-hand and in general went way over my expectations. Highly recommend!! more

Large tree in precarious location 3/14/2011

I needed a large tree with two trunks cut down that was dying. The tree was at least 60 feet tall. It was very close to the house. Boutte was very professional and timely. They got the permit from the city of atlanta, arranged to have the power company drop the electrical line to clear the way for their crane. They even worked around obstacles such as my neighbor who didn't move his RV out of the way as I requested. They got the tree down with no damage to my house or the RV. Their price is also very reasonable. I will be using them again as other tree work needs arise. more
