The Bound'ry is good, but I didn't get a real feel for it til I got to go on my boss's ticket. He took me and a coworker and ordered one of everything on the tastings menu. (Tastings = appetizers/tapas, basically.) Getting to taste everything is definitely the best way to experience a restaurant.
My favorite item is the shrimp wrapped in phyllo dough and coated with crushed pistachios. Absolutely delicious and unlike anything I've eaten at any other Nashville restaurant. The bread basket presentation is great; they bring out a wide assortment (focaccia, breadsticks) in a copper cone that sits in a special stand; the bread is served with hummus drizzled with oil.
The decor is warm and colorful, and the place is usually busy. Service isn't terribly friendly; maybe they're trying to cultivate an urbanity by being snobbish.
