These guys were just awful. They damaged my car, showed up an hour late, and the driver said to me ""Look at these faggots"" as a group of young men walked by. These guys are a social and professional disgrace. more

This predatory towing company could not be any more unprofessional. Soon the city of Boulder with shut down this illegal kick-back company and they'll go straight to hell where they belong. more

I arrived to my car when it was about half way finished being towed. This caught me by surprise because there was no reason for my car being towed (a whole other story). Regardless, I asked the tow truck driver what was going on, his response, ""$70 Cash now, or you'll have to get it at the yard"" (seems a little fishy right?) I gladly run back into my house, retrieve his $70 in cash and return and he was gone. No more than one minute later. So I hop in my wife's car, and see if I can stop him before he leaves with my car. I pull up beside him, show him the money I have for him, his only response is a few choice swear words and the finger. I'm fuming mad and hopeless. Now its time to just go get my car and move on. When I call Boulder Valley Towing to find out how much it costs to get my car out of the yard I'm put on hold for over 5 minutes while they go to find the price. How does it take 5 minutes to give a person the cost of retrieving their car?? She returns on the phone and says that it costs $345 today (Saturday) and $310 on Monday. Yes, its more expensive to come get it Today, rather than wait until Monday (seems as though their purpose is to make this experiences as painful as possible). Of course they're closed on Sunday. And yes, it costs over $300 dollars to get your car out of their lot. They're crooked, they're rude, they're dirty (they left a oil spot in my garage 2 feet in diameter) and they're unprofessional. These guys have the counties hottest tower. WoW, that girl should be sitting pretty behind a desk, not behind the wheel of a tow truck getting all dirty. I didn't know she was the owners girlfriend at the time that she towed me so, sorry dude but WOW. But don't let the looks fool you, these guys know what they are doing and they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They will have my business forever. She was there quick. That was actually the 2nd time that I had called them, the first time was for my truck and the other owner came out. Very nice guy, I almost feel guilty for oggling his girl. During the first blizzard just before Christmas I had the misfortune of breaking down. I called Marv's Q Towing first and explained that my car had stopped, I was in danger and I was freezing. They said they were coming. They didn't come. When I called back the woman answering the phone was extremely rude. I then tried to contact American Towing and the man who answered their phone was hateful and nasty so I hung up. I contacted Hamilton Towing and they were very nice but also very busy. Atleast, unlike Marv's, they were honest in saying it could be several hours and they referred me to Boulder Valley Towing. My experience with this company was great from the first moment of contact. The woman on the phone was very comforting and reassuring. She could tell that I was frazzled and afraid of my cirrcumstances. She kept me on the line as she contacted her drivers to see who was closest to me. The soonest a driver was going to reach me was going to be close to an hour (beats Marv's who still hadn't shown up) but they would make me a priority since I was freezing in my car. The woman on the phone said she would get me off that road one way or another and try to arrange transportation for me or send a cab. I guess the cab company couldn't get to where I was either and about 10 mintues later 4 wheel drive pulled up behind me and much to my delight and total surprise, it was the woman who I talked to on the phone at Boulder Valley Towing. She picked me, and drove me home and assured me that she would have my car taken car of as soon as possible. I felt safe and secure from the moment that I called them. It is rare in this day and age to experience such incredible customer service. This company actually cares about their customers, not just their pocket book. Very refreshing. I don't ever want to have to break down again like that but if I do, I know who the true professionals are. My husband was very grateful to hear of the help that I got! more
