The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. BPM is as fair as any management company comes. I've rented from a lot of different companies and individuals in Boulder. BPM's great staff is helpful and always really nice and accommodating. If you read the lease, pay your rent and leave the place in good condition, you'll find that the BPM staff is really great. I highly recommend them. BPM is professional and honest more

I have been working for BPM for nearly 17 years now. The apartment is reasonably well priced as you get what you pay for. For those attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, the location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to campus. The interior is clean and in general very bright. more

I found maintenance to be great. They were always very quick to fix things, minor issues were fixed within a few hours. The company does not interefere with me too much, as long as you pay your bills you never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests. more

I've rented from BPM a couple different times (different places- nonconsecutive) and I've never had serious problems with them. I haven't moved out of my current place so I'm not sure how they'll do me with the deposit. The first time they were a little overzealous in applying charges after we moved out, but nothing that particularly outraged me. At my current place I've had a couple maintenance issues and they've been quick, responsive and friendly. They redid our bathroom and it looks much nicer - although some of the cabinets don't work very properly (don't shut all the way)- hope they don't charge us for something we didn't do... No problems with heat. The windows at my place are old and thin, but heat didn't escape much and our utilities were never too high. Lost my house key once and they replaced it free of charge. There are a lot of students working in the office, but they seem reasonably well informed. They always require the rent check on the first of the month, and on one check (you can do two or more checks before the first) or you get charged fees. I don't think they're bad, they're just doing business in a college town where, honestly, the majority of kids do trash their place and don't really know how to clean it up. And dogs in the office isn't a bad thing either... ridiculous. more

Major problems with heat/gas and hot water. Nothing seems to ever work. Rude staff. The maintenance guys work from like 3-6 so nothing ever gets done. These guys are terrible. I can't wait to move. Don't even consider it.. unless you love cold showers and wearing gloves 24/7 indoors. stay very far away from bpm Pros: The other tenants here are nice Cons: Extremely poor management more

The heat hasn't been working for 2 days and it's 10 degrees out and snowing. Every issue has been ignored and I've had to pay for fixes out of pocket. Never responded to any emails. It's ridiculous. I'm thinking of giving them my 1900 deposit (on a $700 apt) just to move out. These people are seriously nuts!
