I rented from BPM for one year and would never rent from them again. They don't feel the need to return full security deposits and charge for everything. They are in the business ...

I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management for the two years I was in graduate school. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me. .. it is Boulder we're talking about. The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point ...\r \r I never had any need to contact BPM during my stay at the apartment since everything was well taken care of...\r \r I would consider checking out other BPM properties in the future if I need a new place to stay in Boulder (we'll see how the job hunt goes) and I would recommend it to others if you are on top of taking care of the unit and pay a lot of attention to cleaning when you move out. more

Great apartment complex, awesome location 5 minuite walk to campus and Pearl St, Boulder Property Management has been, by far, the best property management company that I have worked with in Boulder. They are quick with responding to any concerns that I have about my apartment. Thanks BPM! more

The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient. more

The company does not interfere with me too much and as long as you pay your bills you will never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests. more

The apartment is reasonably well priced as you get what you pay for. For those attending the University of Colorado at Boulder, the location is excellent as it is a five minute walk to campus. The interior is clean and in general very bright. more

I have been renting though this company for about 4 months and have had no problems so far. The apartment is great and was a great deal. They clearly keep up maintenance and I have no complaints. As far as a comparison between other companies in the area, I have had much worse experiences, but have probably not had any much better experiences. A great company to use overall. more

Accommodating to our requests 8/4/2011

Maintenance responds quickly, monthly statements are mailed out itemizing charges and they include a newsletter - a really nice touch, and BPM was accommodating to our move-in requests. more

Respect for reciprocation 7/27/2011

I had read a lot of negative reviews for BPM before we rented, but we really liked the unit so we decided to rent anyway and tread carefully to make sure we don't get screwed. Yes, BPM caters to students, so a lot of the properties aren't well-maintained. What do you expect, when frat-boys light couches on fire in their lawns? BPM is just trying to cover their asses, because renting to students IS a liability. Needless to say, if you act like an adult and treat them with professionalism and respect, I've got no reason to believe they wouldn't reciprocate. more

Great management 7/25/2011

Boulder Property Management is a great Management company here in Boulder. They are very professional. When a problem arises maintenance shows up in a timely manner. When you call with questions everyone is extremely friendly and very accommodating. However, they are much more businesslike around January and February when everyone is looking for housing for the next year. They are firm, but within good reason. Overall I have had a very positive experience with BPMCO. They have a very large selection of properties to choose from so their website is a great place to start when looking for housing in Boulder. more

they were willing to help me out 6/24/2011

The company does not interefere with me too much, as long as you pay your bills you never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests. I had some problems recieving a security deposit, and even though it did not directly effect them they were willing to help me out. more
