We had a great experience with BCP and Spas. After meeting with all of the big name pool builders and many of the small local builders, we were very disheartened. Their prices were not competitive and their no-frills pool design just wasn’t what we were looking for. Luckily for us, we happened upon Mike. We immediately got a good feeling for Mike’s style: straightforward, transparent and sincere. Mike wasn’t a salesman; at no time did we ever get the feeling he was up-selling for a larger payout, rather, he is a skilled pool contractor that stands behind his product. He also had a great design portfolio with many different pool styles, from lavish to traditional and everything in between. After reviewing Mike’s cost plus pricing, we determined that going with BCP would not only save us money but we were confident that we would have the best result. Working with BCP was great; Mike was always willing to answer any questions we had and he spent a lot of time with us perfecting our design. Work commenced right after we approved the plan; from start to finish, our pool was completed in less than one month. Mike was regularly on site and his crew was always prompt, hard working and excellent artisans. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations and the crew was polite and clean. Mike kept us within our budget and gave us so much more: travertine, beautiful stone, upgraded tile, Pebble Sheen, three spillways, raised bond beam and a bigger pool – all for thousands less than any other builder. There was no way we could have built a pool ourselves for the price and it was very comforting to have Mike oversee the process. We were a little hesitant to accept that in this business there was someone who could really deliver what they claim but BCP is the real deal. We would recommend Mike to anyone looking to build a pool and will certainly work with him again.
