Well, I had a great experience when I needed a new part for the car. Gerald Duncan in Parts was friendly over the phone AND helpful in finding out exactly what I needed for a used Dodge Nitro from another lot I had bought. He took my order over the phone at 4pm and it arrived the following morning (which is pretty sweet, that missing part's been bugging me since I got the car last week.) When I went to pick it up, he walked out to the car to make sure it was the right one and answered a ton of my questions for an additional light kit and running boards for the vehicle. I got quotes right then and there and overall the experience was really good. more

They Tried The Tag-Team Approach On Me 2/11/2012

The other 'sales kid' was giving me every excuse in the book why I couldn't talk to Chris. Then they wanted me to sit around and wait. But, when I walked out the door and got in my truck to leave, Chris then came running out and tried to stand in front of it. Did he really want to play chicken with a Hummer? I went and placed an order for my new Dodge at another dealership that afternoon for the same money and without being made to feel second class. I guess my $35K wasn't good enough for them. more

If I could leave a NEGATIVE star I would! Horrible lied to by the Finance Dept (TED) and Chris Boggs is a joke tells one thing and does another, they sucker you in there are tell you lies to your face we signed the deal and we ask the finance manager this deal is done nothing else we will not get a call the next day HA we did we need more money we need this we lost this such a joke! Do your self a favor go somewhere else this place will put you through the ringer and they will LIE!!!! I have bought from other deal ships and never had so much headaches and been so pissed I am glad its over I WILL NEVER GO BACK! I have taken everything that ""said"" Valley Dodge off my truck sense I am so unhappy with the way we were treated the last truck I bought I left there sticker on it sense I was so happy the way I go treated I wont even tell Friends or family were we bought this truck it is disgusting how we got treated! Oh yha Chris I am still waiting for my bottle of White paint you verbally told me you were going to send to us, I kinda figured you could have at least done that wow just proves you cannot take any ones word these days! more

Horrible place and horrible owners 1/1/2012

As someone who worked there several years ago and worked for the owner Greg Grubich I can say the previous review sounds believable. If you read a glowing review of Valley Dodge it is likely that they paid a customer to do it, or that someone who works there wrote it. In the time I worked there I came to believe the owner is a sociopath. He treats his salespeople like garbage. He will do anything possible to manipulate a customer. He is a predator, and you the customer are the prey. If you ever meet Greg Grubich don't be fooled by the charm and the smile, he has sized you up the way only an emotionless psychopath can do it. You have been warned. Even if you do end up getting a decent deal, why would you want to deal with someone like that? more

Terrible Place! 11/14/2011

CUSTOMERS, SALESMEN, SALES MANAGERS BEWARE!!! I am writing this to let all parties who may ever contemplate any one of the above for mentioned to run the other way. I have spent the last 6 weeks as the sales manager at Valley and want everyone to know just how bad this place really is. I will start with CUSTOMERS. If you have made it to here you will already recognize the bad reviews. This is the only dealership I have ever seen receive an ""F"" from the BBB. Even the review from Dave two below was a bribe for mud flaps in which they were given free for a good review. Same guy wrote a review last time he bought which more honestly describes his experience. Terrible. The place uses the same tactics as used in the old days with no legal disclosure...TERM, INTEREST RATE, ect. They (TYLER GRUBICH aka General Manager aka OWNERS SON) will deceive the customer upon the initial offer with money down that was never entered in deal with a high rate to confuse people on the payment. They also don't include tax or dealer fee in proposal as they will go back for it after you have agreed to a deal. The owner and his son are not good people....they will not stand behind their word and both constantly belittle the salesmen and the customers both to their faces and behind their backs, two of the most unkind, judgmental people I have ever met. There is a reason that Valley is dead last in new car sales in the entire region and receives such bad press everywhere online. As for the USED cars...make sure they are running perfect if you buy one there because I assure you more
