Like many businesses in downtown Clearwater, This Business is owned by the Church of Scientology. Spending money here is contributing money to a cult. Stay Away!

Botanica Day Spa has a cozy, warm and relaxing atmosphere. The Spa has unique gifts and high quality skin care products. My spa experience always begins with a cup of hot tea or a specialty drink. It was the friendly and caring staff that won me over. The staff has a unique ability to make sure that I am always relaxed and pampered. I am always treated with exceptional care and I appreciate their attention to detail. I am a loyal customer who has experienced the finest body, face and nail treatments. Love this spa! 12/14/2008

I've been going to Botanica Day Spa for over 9 years and it gets better and better. All of the services are top notch not to mention the best staff around. The facials they do are amazing, my skin is still glowing from the one I got a month ago. It's comfortable and the selection of services are great-airbrush tans that don't smell, luxury pedicures, and the body slimming treatments do work. I don't live in Clearwater anymore, I live in LA and even if I am in Florida for a day I make a point to go to Botanica. Spa's like these are rare! Pros: Comfortable and luxurious more

I am fourteen going on fifteen and I have had bad acne since last year. My mom took me to botanica day spa to have my first facial ever. Ashley, my aesthetician reccommended a purifying facial. She really helped my skin and took her time helping me out with a product line. She suggested a series of six treatments once every two weeks. I just had my last one and my skin is so much different that when we first started. WAY less breakouts, and my skin is no where near as red as it was.Now I don't feel ashamed of my face anymore and feel confident about myself. Ashley has helped me out so much, everyone should see her. more

This Place Sells Aveda 12/9/2008

I found this place on accident when I was dropping my kids off at Clearwater Beach. I stopped in to get a list of services and see what they had to offer. It had a pleasant smell when I walked in and staff seemed friendly. I noticed they sold Aveda which is a huge relief as I drive all the way to Tampa (and sometimes St Pete) to get it. I got a tour and the spa seems cute and a day of relaxation would be nice here. more

best waxing 12/5/2008

I decided to get a brazlian wax, so a friend of mine recomended Yana to me. So i made my appoimtment i was kinda scared of the whole thing ,but yana made feel very comfortable she was very professional and so fast it was great!! I recomend her to all my friends. Pros: They sell Aveda products more

the last few weeks i was travelling around. my skin needed some t l c. i remembered my friend mentioning botanica. so i thought i'll give it a try. its quite unassuming from outside,but when i went in i was very impressed. i was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist. i was surprised by the number of rooms in there. the place is homey and welcoming. i got a hydrating facial and a body exfoliating treatment with Tina. i felt like a princess. the technician was super sweet. i didn't feel rushed at all like some other places. i left with a glowing skin and silky body and was totallt rejuvinated. i definately recommend this place to eveyone. more

Warm and Friendly Spa 12/5/2008

I was desperate for relaxation on an unexpected day off of work and the Botanica staff was kind enough to accomodate my last minute request. Boy was I in for a treat. The first thing I noticed when I walked in the door was how great the place smells! I enjoyed a cup of tea and then went and had reflexology with Michelle. Amazing! After a pedicure ( I added the hot stone massage, so glad I did) with Ashley my feet felt like brand new. Can't wait til my next day off. Thanks Botanica! Pros: friendly staff, last minute appt more

Lauren did an hour deep tissue on me and really relieved a ton of tension as I almost fell asleep on the bed. She gave me the best foot massage I've ever had in my life. Afterwards, Sheena did my nails and took care of them better than any nail shop I've been too. My cuticles were a wreck until she worked her magic. Her polish was flawless on top of everything. I went to Botanica for my first Brazilian wax and did so because of another review I read on here about a positive experience with Tina. I must say that the experience was far more comfortable than I was expecting. Tina made me very at ease and we talked easily, making things less uncomfortable. They have a great pricing structure for a future visit and she recommended a numbing gel. I got a gift since it was my first visit and everyone I encountered was pleasant.
