I have been coming here for 15 years and would go no where else. The staff and owner are very caring. The ambiance is warm and inviting. The service is wonderful. My massage was awesome wrapped in awesome with awesome sprinkles! My therapist seemed to know exactly where I needed the most work without me saying. I loved it! Pros: Relaxing but still addressed my problem areas more

To this day, I wonder why I even paid for the service after such RUDE, and Unprofessional attitudes? I found the spa on a google search and the name is what sold me on them rather then the other spas. I called them up to set up my appointment, very lovely and professional voice mail and a prompt call back too. Pros: Great customer service, professionalism, and theorpists, etc Cons: its very fair away from me...i'm in Pennsylvania. more

I called them up to set up my appointment, very lovely and professional voice mail and a prompt call back too. From where I was staying it was actually not fair either, so that?s and other plus for the locals or anyone staying in Largo or Clearwater. They have a nice small and some what deceiving store front, but when you walk in that door its a quiet and cool reception area, nice neutral earth tones to help set you in the relaxing mood along with happy and smiling employees. They offer tea or water too while you wait and after your massage too. Served in surprisingly nice glass wears too (I was impressed at least). Now down to business. The massage was excellent. So great that I actually went back on my last day and got another one before my flight home and that was even better then the first time. My massage theorist was AWSOME! She was better then my theorist that I had up here and that?s saying something. That last one I had been so good I was feeling it the next day too even after a 2-hour plane ride and working the next day. I'll tell you something if you?re ever down in Clearwater, Tampa Bay area, Largo or on the Gulf shore outside of Largo, go there to get a massage, it?s worth it. I'm definitely going back there for a massage next time I go back to Clearwater and most likely I?ll try out all three types that the spa offers Relax (which is what I got), Swedish, and deep tissue. A very relaxing, quiet and calm atmosphere: great music in the background as well. I think everyone will enjoy there visit there when they go. Thank you all at Botanica Day Spa. Outstanding massages, a facial like I have never had & their mani/pedi room is so adorable. They do the best brazilian waxes & getting a Spray Tan is a must!!! You will be so happy you did. They do a perfect job. I switched to their skin care line ""Pevonia"" & my face is now flawless - Botanica Day Spa has changed my life!!! I love them all & cannot say enough about everyone there and their wonderful services & products!!! Pros: Wonderful, professional staff. Good prices. Warm atmosphere more

I go to Botanica for manicures and waxes and what I like about Botanica the most is consistency. I always get a very clean and beautiful manicure. I don't go anywhere else for eyebrow waxes because Gen always does them PERFECTLY! I like to treat myself to a spay tan and eye lash extensions once in while, which make me feel gorgeous. My best testament to Botanica is the fact that I went there on my wedding day and they made me absolutely beautiful! more

This is the only place I would go to get any kind of waxing done. The staff are friendly, professional and care about you. They also sell great products like Aveda. I have never come across anything like the candles they have. It's a vgreat place to feel girlie and I would recommend them to anyone even guys. more

I've been going to Botanica Day Spa for over 9 years and it gets better and better. All of the services are top notch not to mention the best staff around. The facials they do are amazing, my skin is still glowing from the one I got a month ago. It's comfortable and the selection of services are great-airbrush tans that don't smell, luxury pedicures, and the body slimming treatments do work. I don't live in Clearwater anymore, I live in LA and even if I am in Florida for a day I make a point to go to Botanica. Spa's like these are rare! Pros: Comfortable and luxurious more

Gen, the owner ensures each customer receives the highest quality products and service. I am always greeted by name and with a smile when I walk in the door. The peaceful environment relaxes you and it removes all of your stress. You will go home feeling rejuvenated. When it is time to have fun, Gen knows how to make your special occasions spectacular.
