Great selection of previously read books across a wide variety of topics. There are so many great things about this bookshop. You can find classics or current best sellers for fractions of its original costs. Secondly, this store is operated by volunteers. Lastly, the sales benefit the Saratoga Library as well as other libraries in the Santa Clara County. Not only are you "going green" with recycling books but you're contributing to a non-profit organization. Only disadvantage is they do not accept checks or credit cards - cash only. more

Very nice used book store 11/18/2005

The Book-Go-Round is a perfect place to go if you're looking for something new to read and don't want to pay the $8 at Barnes and Noble. They sell most paperbacks for only $0.50 and sometimes even good quality hardbacks can go for only $1 -$3. A lot of the books are recieved via donation, and they have novels, textbooks, and even some videos. The staff is friendly and inviting. A great place to browse. more

Books books books 6/15/2005

I love going to Saratoga for lunch, walk around the shops and especially visit The Book Go Round. Its a fantastic environment for any reader, the selection is great and you can have a fun day touring around. more
