bad business, doesnt care about customers just trying to make a buck anyway they can 12/28/2011

I went to buy my son a harddrive for his 360 and got the wrong one, his is the newer one and I bought older xbox hard drive. I have my receipt,yes it does say exchange only but if I cant use this why wont they refund me what I paid for so that I nah go elsewhere to purchase what he needs? I do not want anything else. I paid $40 for it and to make matters worse, the guy "red" wanted to offer me $5 for it to del back to them. That to me is an insult. Why would they risk losing a longterm customer over $40 is beyond me. I will be contacting the manager and owner tomorrow morning. more

Used book store 8/23/2005

I want into Book & Music exchange one time when I was out just goofing off. I was quite surprised. They have a large selection of books and music, but nothing that I was interested in. I believe the way it works is that you can sell them your stuff for money or trade it for something you want that they have. I am not sure how much they are giving per book, etc. When I went in, there was a card game going on in the back part of the store. I think they were playing something called Magic. I felt like I was interrupting. I'm not sure if I will be going back there. Plus parking isn't really all that good. more
