This place is amazing! 3/5/2009

I'm new to the area and needed a place to get my clothes tailored(I'm very short!!) On my way to work one day I noticed they did alterations so I stopped in! Wow was I impressed.\r \r Not only were the prices very reasonable, but they seamstress was a true professional. And very friendly!\r \r On top of that my order was scheduled to be done in a week(which was astounding considering how much I had), but she even finished early!\r \r I'm not sure what the previous poster had said about them denying her the opportunity the chance to try on her garments, because they practically insisted I did.\r \r Wonderful place I wouldn't take my clothes any where else. more

The seamstress did not listen 10/16/2008

I took some pants in to get them hemmed. I was very specific on how long they needed to be to wear with a variety of shoes. She did not listen to me and insisted that she pin each and every pair. I figuired that since she was the expert, I complied. The end result is that 2 of the 4 pairs were way too short. When I picked them up, I was not given the opprtunity to try them on and I could see the left over fabric that was hacked off. I spent $32.00 on alterations and I am out $100.00 for the cost of the pants. I cannot wear them, I am very disappointed with the horrible customer service. Apparently, Bonnie does not have her employees listen to their customers. They were also the most expensive in the area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED!!!! more
