When I arrived, there was no sign that she was with another client, I knocked and no one answered. So I called and she answered, but she made it obvious that she was annoyed and told me to look at the sign. When she finally opened the door, and noticed that there was no sign to indicate she was with a customer, she didn?t even acknowledge the miscommunication or apologize. Bonnie is the BEST waxer in the Boston area. She does traditional waxing on men and women (faces, arms & legs, etc.), plus bikini and Brazilian waxing. She's fast, efficient, funny, caring and very professional. She also does great facials and microdermabrasion and reflexology. I've been going to her for over 5 years. It's well worth the drive to Newton. Her space is private and attractive. She makes you feel very comfortable in a potentially uncomfortable situation. more
