Okay, this place is no longer called this. It is now The Damn Bar. Bonnie - actually skipped town and you can see her on the Judge Mathis show being sued by her 2 gay friends who frequented the bar. She was a dandy. Well, the new owner is a tad bit older and wiser, so we thought. But when her b---- of a daughter is working, watch out. Not the freindliest woman in town. They usually have Brian Beebe (bee bee) play and he draws a mature crowd. Finally there are making a better deck bar..... Great spot to sit at Mirror Lake. No view of the lake, but lots of trees and squirrels and conveniently on your way home from Ishnala. A good shot-n-beer bar. Hopefully they will improve their relationships with the locals. Most locals they like, fi you frequent them often, when you live here and only stop out one eveyr 2 weeks or so, they treat you like a tourist.....take your money, give you average service, and expect you to tip well. Would it hurt them to remember my drink after the 3rd one in teh same night and NOT throw their cig smoke in my face or give me the ""look"". As we all know, one unsatisfied customer is more hurtful than 20 satisfied ones are helpful.
Pros: one of the few beer-n-shot bars left, outdoor bar, music, cheap drinks, off the beaten path
Cons: no parking, not attractive employees, moody
