Bonner's Lakeshore Rv Super Center

We just purchased a brand new camper from them. Purchasing a camper is supposed to be exciting and this was anything but ! They didn't get our payoff for the trade in ( wich we bought from them ) so we ended up having to come back and pay then the difference after we had already picked the camper up ! Then after using it out first weekend the heater doesn't even work ! We have had it there for a week and have yet to hear anything about what is going on ! Poker don't pay for units they can't use ! Terrible service and communication on their end ! I will never buy from there again let alone recommend them ! more

It was the perefect trailer for us and we looked everywhere. I did have some concerns buying from them as we have always delt with All seasons. They made us wait a week to get the trailer because a part had to come in. We came to pick it up and the part was still not in. They told us two weeks in advance that all of the parts were previously ordered and when we signed the papers we found out that they ordered one of the parts that very day. Also, when we shouwed up to take the trailer home, It was not washed. some things were not yet fixed and the sevice techs were rushing to finish. It seems the sales manager did not tell the service department all of the issues that we discussed in his office. I was very please with the sevice manager's cooperation but I can defenitly say that this will be the last thing we buy from them more

Sale was good until they were paid. Service was terrible. Steps were rusty and they would not replace. this was on a brand new travel trailerthey told me to sand them off and spray paint them.that is there service departments idea of service. this is one of many problems I had that they would not address. more

We just rented a Class C at Lakeshore RV in Muskegon and were disappointed in the customer service. We rented the RV 5 months in advance in February and were shown a 2005 Class C. When we went to pick it up on July 21st, it was a 2004 model with many more miles on it. We went to the Grand Canyon and back,putting over 4000 miles on it. During that time,we found out that: 1) the brakes were shot-metal grinding on metal! Very unsafe! 2)the holding tank monitor was broken,causing us to think the tanks hadn't been emptied prior to our trip. 3)two out of the three roof vents were broken-my husband had to duct-tape them closed so the air-conditioning didn't escape. Each time we informed the personnel at Lakeshore,they seemed unconcerned. Their customer services skills seem to be lacking. Although we enjoyed our trip,problems with the RV put stress on us, not knowing what else would go wrong. more

We have bought many items from Bonner's RV Super Center. The staff is pretty friendly. I've come across a few employees that aren't the friendliest, but for the most part they are friendly. The have a big selection of campers to choose from and are good about showing you features and differences in the campers. A neat place to check out if you are looking for a camper! more
