amazing salon!!! 10/28/2011

I have naturally blonde hair, last summer I colored my hair red and they took me back to blonde on the first try without damaging my hair. It was a long process and I spent quite a few hours in the salon, but it was worth the change. Suzan is amazing and very professional . Love it !! more

Best Hair salon ever !!!! 10/28/2011

OMG!!!I had one of the best experience that the salon can give you...Left with the best hair ever,definitely coming back!!! Was treated amazingly from the moment i called to make an appointment to the moment i left the salon.Professional and creative stylists and great customer sirvice!!!Highly recommend to everyone!!!! more

Poor service with a bad attitude 6/26/2010

I made an appointment (for the next day), wrote it down, showed up, and they did not have me down. The lady at the desk was horribly rude and kept suggesting I called a different salon. I was able to show her the call in my phone from the previous day. She then lied and told me she was not the one working when I called. I later overheard her talking to one of the other employees and she said she WAS the only one working the day before but that I did not call. Well, my phone says otherwise. I should have know better after that but my friend kept saying I should go to her hair stylist so I tried to forget the problems with the front desk. I had my hair done by Amy and I was unimpressed. She kept talking about herself and I think she just didn't listen to what I wanted. My color is now really ashy and dull. The price ended up being quite a bit more than I was told over the phone. At that point I was worn out so I just paid and left without giving a tip. I just wanted to be out of there. more

THESE ARE THE REAL PROS 9/4/2009

This salon is a dream-come-true! One trip here and I'll be a client forever! The stylists have the rare, highly detailed expertise and training to correct past color problems and magnificently improve hair texture. Their products and services are visibly superior too. Within 24 hrs, they corrected disastrous color and damage from another local salon. What a fun experience, felt like the Ritz! The prices are competitive and if you send referrals, the discounts can be significant. WOW! :) Pros: HIGHLY SKILLED PROFESSIONALS more

Very professional 9/14/2008

The stylists here are great - they really know what they are doing! They actually listen to what you are asking for, which is rare in a salon, and help you get a look that will work for you. They are worth every penny. Their Bumble & Bumble and Kerastase products are really nice, too. more

bad surprises at the end 9/10/2007

I called ahead and asked how much it was to just add some toner to my fading highlights. The receptionist puts me on hold and comes back on line to let me know that it was straight $30. Ok, so I went to the salon and i reminded the guy, whose english was not so perfect and perhaps uncomprehensible, started playing around with my hair. I confirmed that i had wanted a toner for my hair, he said ok and went to get the hair toner product. When i was ready to pay at the counter, the owner, his brother and the guy who did my hair stood there and told me ""It will be 75.00."" I was shocked! How did it go from $30 to $75, couldn't someone inform me before they did the service? They told that they usually charge more for coloring my hair, i was suppose have received a discount? Why don't they just take my wallet and take out whatever they wanted. These people are very manipulative. Pros: They carry good hair produtcts Cons: suprise charges without any warning more
