We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I made an appointment (for the next day), wrote it down, showed up, and they did not have me down. The lady at the desk was horribly rude and kept suggesting I called a different salon. I was able to show her the call in my phone from the previous day. She then lied and told me she was not the one working when I called. I later overheard her talking to one of the other employees and she said she WAS the only one working the day before but that I did not call. Well, my phone says otherwise. I should have know better after that but my friend kept saying I should go to her hair stylist so I tried to forget the problems with the front desk. I had my hair done by Amy and I was unimpressed. She kept talking about herself and I think she just didn't listen to what I wanted. My color is now really ashy and dull. The price ended up being quite a bit more than I was told over the phone. At that point I was worn out so I just paid and left without giving a tip. I just wanted to be out of there.
