The visit itself was okay, nothing special. It was my first time there and he wasn't as thorough as I would've liked. I had to specifically tell him to look at the different parts of my mouth. In the end, he charged me $120 for the exam, x-rays, and a cleaning. He said it would be $170 to fill my three small cavities next time. A month later, I was talking to my mom and found out that all of those things are covered on my insurance and I shouldn't have paid a dime. She called the insurance company and, even though his receptionist took all my insurance information, HE NEVER EVEN BILLED MY INSURANCE. When my insurance called his office, they "lost my file." Low and behold, when they found it the next day it said the doctor did extra procedures that aren't covered on my insurance and that's what I paid for (supposedly). Oh and he all of the sudden remembered to file that claim with my insurance that he was supposed to do over a month ago. Also, it's not supposed to cost me $170 for my three small cavities. He is just a greedy dentist looking to take advantage and overcharge. more

I went to Dr. Bonilla’s dental office after I had seen several dentists to have an esthetic - implant consultation and I had a wonderful experience on my first appointment. Dr. Bonilla and his dental staff were very polite and courteous. Dr. Bonilla had explained to me in detail the ideal and the optional treatments to fix smile. After all the dental work was done I was very happy and pleased with the excellent outcome, especially because it has given me a perfect smile. more

Dr. Bonilla is hands down one of the best dentists around. I have had a lot of experience over the years with other cosmetic dentists, and none of them compare to Dr. Bonilla. The results I got from him exceeded my highest expectations, both authentically, and comfort wise. My new teeth look and feel fantastic. I highly recommend him. more

I went to Dr. Bonilla's dental office to have veneers on my front teeth 2 months ago. He gave me a new smile with beautiful veneers. They looks very nice natural matching the color of others teeth. more

I haven't been to their office in 1.5 years and their idea of a cleaning consists of an 8 minute floss and brush, which I do every morning on my own. What am I paying for if this is the service that I get. No scraping of plaque and tartar. NOTHING. Just a quick, floss, brush and rinse. He started working on me at 11:14 and I was in my car by 11:25. NO JOKE. I suspect the line of patients stacking up in the waiting room contributed to his sub-standard service. After calling to express my concern and worry about my lack of service and inquiring if they could do a more thorough job they told me "no" and called my insurance company to have me "removed me from their office". As if I'd be stupid enough to waste money coming back to that place anyway. This proves how petty and unprofessional they can be. Also, Dr. Bonilla's English is a D+ at best. You'll be hard pressed to understand anything of what he is saying. This man is a joke! And anyone working for him, who believes he is giving patients quality care is lying to themselves. He gives dentists a terrible name. If you are in the valley and thinking about this office, I would ask you to err on the side of caution and just choose another office. His current 2.5 star rating on YELP speaks for itself. Just trying to save another person the hassle and disappointment. more
