Great Place to Donate Blood! 2/15/2006

If you are like me, the thought of giving blood freaks you out! Well, I decided I better try it, as I know it is a popular commodity! First, the people were so nice. They knew I was a big wimp and apparently they are use to that! They made me feel very comfortable and answered all the questions that I had! Second, I have small veins, but they were able to find them, even on the first try! It wasn't a fun experience, but it wasn't so bad either! Their staff is wonderful and I am thankful! more

Donating blood or plasma is as comfortable as it can be at Bonfils. They have donation centers throughout the Denver area, and often travel to workplaces and other areas for blood drives. Their staff are friendly and supportive, especially in helping donors overcome their fears of the process. And they often have T-shirt giveaways, so you can stock up on Bonfils T-shirts to help promote this important community resource. more
