Our rambler has a main furnace/central air system and an addition with a separate furnace and wall A/C unit. Our main HVAC system was 25 years old and close to failing. We also lacked cold air returns, making it difficult to consistently heat/cool the house throughout the year. With that, I set out to replace our main HVAC system and add returns throughout the house. I took three bids for the project, and Bonfe's was by far the best, most complete solution. more

I just wanted to compliment the serviceman that came to my place last night to fix my washer. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he was great. First of all he arrived about 7:30 P.M., long after his work day should have ended. He took the washer front off to show me exactly what was wrong and offered me several tips on how to keep it clean and runnng smoothly. He then turned to my dryer and suggested a "zero clearance duct" that would help to prevent a fire in my dryer. He drew a diagram so my husband would know how to install it. As he walked through the kitchen to the front door he stopped and gave me tips about my dish washer, glass-top stove and my microwave!I have never had this kind of service before. I think this man is a very valuable employee that you should be thankful to have on your staff! more

Mike was the service tech. who helped us today - and he was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. He explained things in such a way as to not talk down but with me regarding the issues at hand. Offered services I was not aware of - overall was very satisfied with the work completed. more

Mike was the plumber you sent out on Sunday. What a wonderful representative of Bonfe’ s. Mike showed up right on time, was courteous, professional, and respectful. He quickly analyzed the situation and in a calm but determined manner went about regrinding the main drain. Mike’ s demeanor and approach with us was a welcomed change from plumbers from other plumbing companies we’ ve had in the past. He explained everything to us just as a surgeon would to a patient. He demonstrated throughout his stay that he would treat our home as he would his own home by removing his shoes, covering carpets and furniture, and simply taking the time and care not to bang tools into anything in our home. more

WAY OVERPRICED!! 9/10/2010

Do yourself a favor and shop around before you go with this company! Two years after spending $2100 on a new water heater I am sick of hearing how everyone else I speak to spent less than half of what I did to replace theirs with a similar model. They get you once they do the service call by selling you on the fact that the cost of the service call is put toward the (INFLATED) end cost! Buyer Beware!! more

He explained the problem to my wife, fixed it, and even cleaned up the leaking water from the floor 8/27/2010

Just a quick comment. We had an employee, Mike Benson I believe, out to check on our cooling system leak. Not only did he fix the problem but he couldn't have been any more professional and classy. . Needless to say we were very thankful and impressed. A very satisfied customer, Steve Aronson more

Took the time to consulted with me on how to prevent the problem from happening again 8/26/2010

My floor drain was clogged and Brian M came to the rescue. Not only is the water flowing, but he checked all potential contributors to the problem, repaired those and then consulted with me on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I saved $442 as a gold plan member and couldn't be happier! more

Aaron proposed the perfect solution and the Bonfe team did an excellent job implementing his proposal. Retrofitting a 1953 rambler via the attic on a hot, August day has got to be a miserable job. But the Bonfe team was very professional, working two long days to ensure the system was properly installed. They installed a smaller return, offset from center. more
