To whom it may concern: I am so extremely impressed! I called Bonfe today because Bryan is a friend of ours, but we had never used Bonfe before. Tom K came today and repaired our air conditioning unit. I can't get over how professional and knowledgeable he was. Everything was handled so quickly as well. I also signed up for the peace of mind plan and am so glad I thought to call Bonfe. Thanks very much!! more

My floor drain was clogged and Brian M came to the rescue. Not only is the water flowing, but he checked all potential contributors to the problem, repaired those and then consulted with me on how to prevent the problem from happening again. I saved $442 as a gold plan member and couldn't be happier! more

Bonfe saved my two older St. Bernards (as well as our 13 year-old lab) from suffering through what would have been a miserable weekend because of your incredible customer service. One company I contacted wouldn't start work until Monday, because they did not consider the health of two older, cold weather dogs enough of an emergency to work on Saturday. The other company I contacted "was about a week out" on installation. It's going to be 92 and humid on Tuesday. Your salesman was at our house at 10:00 am and our new air conditioner was running by 6:00 pm. Your technitions were very respectful of the odd requests I had to make to position my dogs, as well as putting up with their sometimes not too quiet barking. I honestly cannot recall such a fine example of superior customer service. There was nothing, short of not charging me for my new unit, that Bonfe could have done to improve our experience with them. Aaron proposed the perfect solution and the Bonfe team did an excellent job implementing his proposal. Retrofitting a 1953 rambler via the attic on a hot, August day has got to be a miserable job. But the Bonfe team was very professional, working two long days to ensure the system was properly installed. They installed a smaller return, offset from center. more

We were surprised that without any prompting on our part you offered us a new toilet (with installation) free to correct the cracking of our old one done back in August when it was re-seated. I am extremely pleased with the wonderful service I received from Trevor the service master from Bonfe's. as a home owner of three properties, I really don't have time or patience for breakdowns..and from start to finish Trevor was very professional, honest and very helpful. Unfortunatly for me, I will probably have to buy a new A/C unit, I will be SO calling Bonfe to perform that work. I'm also excited for the service plan I purchased...great to know I have someone to come to my townhouse and check things over for me!!! GREAT JOB! KUDOS to your team!! more

how well everything went 1/10/2011

I can't say enough about how well everything went. From Aaron's initial proposal to final installation, everything went better than expected. I now have the best HVAC system in our neighborhood. Someday, the old furnace is our addition will need to be replace. You can count on me calling Bonfe when that day comes. more

great service 1/4/2011

i just wanted to comment on the great service that i recieved from bonfe\'s. i am in the process of finnishing an attic. i have delt with plumbers, drywallers, electricians, and have found it not to be the most pleasant experience. aaron was timely, friendly and very helpful. jake and jon worked on the actual instulation. they were always on time, friendly, amusing at times, and even cleaned up, after i told them i would. i will recommend bonfes not only for the resonable priceing, but for the excellent service. thanks so much jill hohenstein more
